The Space:

Chance the Snapper is a little studio with a big personality and even bigger ocean views. This ground-floor unit sleeps up to four with a king-size adjustable bed and a slide-out couch, making it perfect for spontaneous beach trips, bestie weekends, or low-effort getaways.



The bathroom is one of the most unique bathrooms you'll ever experience. To start, there's a gold toilet, designed with the utmost luxury in mind. Then there's the shower. It's beautifully tiled and features a rainfall showerhead. You'll forget you're in a condo and feel more like you've stepped into a spa!



The renovated kitchen has plenty of space to prep meals (or just reheat leftovers). It's fully stocked with essentials including cookware, appliances including a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, microwave, and fridge. There's also a coffee maker with complimentary coffee included for your stay.



Kick back and relax on the king bed facing a massive 100-inch TV or step outside onto the patio and relax in the chairs overlooking the ocean. The beach is literally across the street, the casino is five minutes away, and downtown shops are within easy walking distance.



Pet friendly? Of course. Bring up to two furry sidekicks for a standard fee and let them join the adventure. Plus, it’s stocked with board games because game night chaos is basically a vacation essential. Take a dip in our indoor swimming pool or make the easy walk down to the beach.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a first-floor condo; a small step up from the parking lot is required to access the condo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, with a limit of two furry friends.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
