Great little property for a family of 5. It was a great location for both the dunes and a day trip to Chicago. It was clean with the only quibble would being the floor slightly sandy (expected for a vacation home near the dunes, but it wasn't terrible) nice amenities with well provisioned kitchen. It was comfortable and functional.

It was by far one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at. The house was very clean, in a great and safe neighborhood and the kitchen was fully equipped with very good quality pots and pans. The host was very responsive, and she had looked at all the very little details.I will for sure stay there again and do recommend it.

The decor was very nice and it was clean. The spa/hot tub was missing which is why I rated the description as 4 stars. Also, it would be nice to have a table lamp in the main bedroom.

This Vrbo was super clean and affordable. The renter was very friendly and had good communication. She let me come in early which was very nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission and I did not find out until after check in. This is something our party was looking forward to, and it would’ve been better for planning to hear about it before if possible. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Though not near the water, the property is conveniently located just south and central to the Indiana Dunes National Park. It is located on a modest, quiet, neighborhood street. The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive to our questions. There is a nice patio behind the house on which to visit and have morning coffee. The kitchen is very well appointed.Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was not ready for our use until the last day of our stay. Apparently the previous visitor dropped something into the water that required a purge and thorough scrub. We appreciated the host's concern for its cleanliness.

Hostess was wonderful and very responsive. We loved the fresh decor, the brand new and high quality cookware and glassware. There were plenty of "extras" left in both the kitchen and bathrooms. There were candles to light, and extra soft blankets for a night in. Location was a close drive to both the Dunes and Valpo. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay!
