• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. ○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise Curfew Policy
• Noise curfew: ○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) ○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)
• Penalties for violation: ○ First: Complimentary warning. ○ Second: $100 fine. ○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.
• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)
Local Guest Policy

This property offers plenty of room and was spotless. It was nice and quiet, and the hosts were extremely communicative and promptly answered questions. We would definitely return to this residence.

The security features to get into the facility were cumbersome and difficult. Had to use an app to go down in an elevator. Not safe - what is someone had a heart attack and you are trying to get them dowm to the first floor to EMTs?

The location was great; we enjoyed being so close to groceries and good restaurants. The apartment is marketed as “luxury”, but it’s pretty cheaply built out and most disappointingly for me who selected this place because I have back issues and do best on memory foam, the marketed King size "memory foam” bed was a standard mattress. The kitchen is sparse- 4 glasses (no wine glasses), 4 plates, no dishtowels etc. With a 5 day stay, we did a lot of handwashing. Same goes for two towels in each bathroom, no shelves in the main shower (everything on the floor) and I definitely did not like the use of only top sheets on the bed; they would easily get moved during sleep which meant being in direct contact with the mattress. Two closets in the main bedroom was nice to have and the gym is well equipped. The entry system works well, slight pain to have to find it and pull it up every time, but we didn’t have any issues. All and all we were happy to have the extra space and, while I wouldn’t consider it luxury, we ultimately we had what we needed.
