Summary:
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
1. Master bedroom with brand new bathroom. Two queens with a loft style. Fully enclosed by walls. However wall to the living room does not go all the way up to the celling. Loft style
2. The loft is accessible via ladder through the Den. The loft has two twins and only a four foot clearance. The loft looks directly over the den.
3. The den is not completely closed off. The bedroom is private unless people are coming and going from the condo. The den has 1 queen and is on the inner side so very quiet
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. It is up to each group to decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is a potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

We have a new couch not pictured but is the same style just a darker color.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.

Extremely helpful with quick communication and responses. Great instructions with a very cool and clean place. Location with parking was the draw for us and it was as convenient as they said it was. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed 3 nights in December and the loft was exactly as advertised. Everything was great! Great location. Walked to a Colts game. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hosted a few family members for a Christmas get-together and we all thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen/dining/living room spaces. We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector when we checked in, but it was immediately dealt with. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were very responsive.A free parking space was located in a garage about a block from the loft.We would definitely stay here again.

The loft is conveniently located downtown. It was in walking distance to everything that we needed. We came in town for a concert at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The property was spotless, very spacious and perfect for us. We had a great view of the downtown area, it looks even better at night. Beds were comfy to sleep in. There are two beds in the upper loft area. You had to climb up some steep narrow stairs, which was a bit too much for us. I think it would be easier for kids to get up and down, but not adults. Communication before the trip was great. There are clear instructions on everything you need to know. I was a little concerned about parking because we had 3 vehicles. We did receive a key card for one vehicle and had to pay $18 for each additional Key card. That worked out well because parking can be a little difficult downtown, and pricey. The garage is located less than a block away and was easy to get to and from. If you need ice, I would suggest bringing it. We couldn’t get the icemaker to work and I’m unsure if it works or not. I inquired, but never received an answer. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in the area. We even ate at a little pizza place after the concert that was right around the corner. I don’t remember the name of it, but it was right across from the Fieldhouse and open late. The pizza was delish! I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again!!

A perfect hub for our stay in Indy!

The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything we might need. It was nice to have more than just a hotel room to unwind in after a long day of gaming and walking around. Thanks to the property managers especially for being really fast and accurate with communication!

Beautiful condo, fabulous location

This is a very well-kept and beautiful loft apartment, in a fantastic part of downtown, just a couple block walk to both the stadium and the convention center. We had a nice view of the street below. There are multiple beds, which is essential for us, though not much privacy within the condo, and two twin beds are in a loft with a low ceiling - older kids will think this is amazing, but adults might not love those. Overall, we were very pleased.

Friends Night Out

Overall the place was very nice! It had plenty of sleeping spaces, though not all private. Having the dart board was a fun add! Only complaints were that the space smelled heavily of smoke. Unfortunately I think it drafted through from someone in the building, but I feel like it is not always like this. The only other thing is we were unable to find the parking key card, although I'm sure this would have been rectified had we reached out to the owners. It is in a great location for a night out with friends and being close to many great eating spots, bars, and activities for downtown Indy!

Amazing location, super clean and comfortable loft!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The loft is very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for us, being two blocks from the convention center and in walking distance to lots of good restaurant options. We felt safe here, too. Communication with owner and property manager was quick and responsive. The laundry supplies and K-cups were much appreciated! Only cons - the front bedroom has no door and is right at the front door and the water pressure is pretty low. We would definitely stay here again if we got to come back to this great city.

We had 3 business partners staying here for a few days. The location is great and so is the condo - just be aware that the bedrooms do not have total noise privacy.

Great stay

The apartment is very nice and a comfortable place to hang out while exploring the city. There is quite a bit of noise from the street and dance club next door on the weekend which may bother some.
