Five of the six bedrooms have en suites, including an enormous private suite that feels like your own peaceful getaway. Enjoy a wine and coffee bar, large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and vanities and cabinets that seem to go on forever.

The kitchen is a true gathering place and a chef’s dream, complete with premium appliances, a spacious pantry, and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will find every option imaginable, and wine enthusiasts will appreciate not one, not two, but three wine fridges throughout the home. There’s comfortable seating around the kitchen island and a dining table that easily seats up to ten guests.

The open living area invites everyone to gather around the fireplace and big-screen TV, while a second family room downstairs is perfect for kids to play, watch movies, or enjoy games together. Two laundry rooms—one on each floor—make it easy to keep things fresh during longer stays, and a tucked-away reading nook offers a quiet spot for kids or grown-ups to escape with a good book.

Step outside to the upper deck that stretches the length of the house and take in breathtaking views of Pickwick Lake. Overlook the sparkling saltwater pool, the private dock (with a beautiful Tri-toon boat available for rent), the wide-open yard, and a cozy fire pit just waiting for s’mores under the stars.

Inside, the game room and bar bring fun to any day, with a pool table, game table, TVs, and everything you need to mix a drink or grab a cold one.

Spend your days on the water—boating, floating on the Lilypad, or kayaking—and cool off in the pool when you return. With plenty of refrigerators and freezers, there’s space for all your groceries and favorite snacks, plus a large outdoor grill ready for burgers, hot dogs, and family cookouts. With three ice machines, your beverages will be kept cold throughout the day and night.
