Magnifique et nouveau condo est au milieu du quartier des arts sur West Broad à côté de Quirk Hotel, près de Jefferson Hotel, Graduate Hotel et du quartier général de la police de Richmond, à quelques minutes de VCU et de MCV, avec une nouvelle gare de bus Pulse juste devant. Les commodités du condo incluent laveuse / sécheuse, air climatisé, comptoirs en granite, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, planchers en béton poli, hauts plafonds, nouvel ascenseur, accès sécurisé, caméras en circuit fermé surveillant toutes les entrées. Si vous voulez un emplacement de choix dans le centre-ville, ne cherchez pas plus loin!

restaurants raffinés, boutiques, galeries d'art, Artwalk and Comfort du premier vendredi, The Jefferson Hotel, The National, Lift Coffee Shop, Théâtre Virginia Repertory Theatre, Saison, Ledbury, Charm School (Ice Cream Shop) et au-dessus du plus vieux magasin de musique de Richmond, Metro Son et musique. Very clean condo, accurate listing, excellent communication. The location is fantastic- walkable to countless restaurants, shops, bars etc. The neighborhood has a lively, friendly, artsy vibe. The bed is very comfortable. Our allergies especially appreciated that we couldn’t detect detergent/chemical smells in the unit, including on linens (but everything was clean). A bus stop is steps from the property, and parking options/prices were thoroughly explained. Great place!

I stayed for two weeks as I started a new position in the area and this was a near perfect space in downtown Richmond for that time! Super quiet in the building and little traffic from other tenants. Really cool and unique building that was within walking distance to good food and a couple breweries. Apartment had all the space and amenities to setup for the two weeks. I did not cook much but having the full size appliances especially the fridge was nice. It was definitely a little loud at nights being right on a main road with a bus stop right there, but not enough to bother me too much. I parked in the back and was perfect for the stay. Just needed to renew reservation each morning. I would recommend this place for sure if you want something in downtown.

Host very communicative and helpful. We have stayed here before and also had an overall positive experience. The street noise is nothing the owners can control, but there can be racing cars and maybe motorcycles at night, especially on Friday and Saturdays. I was awoken at 1:30am by such noise. The windows are single pane so maybe storm windows would dampen the sound a little? Otherwise, we had a fine stay.

Mark and team were very accommodating when we needed to add a 3rd person as well as potentially arrive late. The parking was a little tricky, especially on Saturday night and then the need to re-up the parking at 6am was not super peaceful, but this is what you get when you stay in this downtown type of area. Apartment and amenities were great.

This place was in a perfect location; just a few minutes walk to VCU and in a vibrant and artistic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. I place itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice place and convenient location.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The property is clean and has good amenities. Parking is a bit of a pain but the staff helped us figure it out.

Great base for a conference

The suite was a prefect base for the conference I was attending just down Broad Street. I enjoyed the coffee shops and the restaurants in the area. It was really great to check out all the murals too!

This is a great location and lovely property. The whole building is well kept, clean and tidy. The location is awesome! Close to VCU, great restaurants, and art. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
