The entire upstairs apartment will be private to you. This building is a duplex so we ask for you to be respectful of the people staying in other unit downstairs.

Other things to note
- Please note that this is the upstairs unit, and there are about 15-20 stairs to climb. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, this may not be the best fit for your group.
- This is a pet-friendly unit. While we thoroughly clean between guests, if you have a severe pet allergy, this may not be the best place for your stay.

For anyone coming in town for the Richmond marathon or other races, this apartment is within walking distance of the starting lines.

- Dominion Riverrock (on Brown’s Island) - 1.3 miles (22 min walk or 6 min drive)

We use a professional cleaning company for every turnover to provide our guests with the best possible stay and to ensure every sheet, duvet, towel and blanket is washed between guests.
