Welcome to EdgeEscape — a brand-new home in Tusculum, just minutes from Greeneville, TN. This beautiful 3BR/2BA retreat is fully furnished and located only 0.3 miles from Tusculum University. Featuring an open layout, ALL king beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs with Art Mode in every room, it’s ideal for college visits, wedding guests, or a relaxing getaway. You’ll also find high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a cozy patio with a fire pit, and a 2-car garage perfect for motorcycle travelers. The EdgeEscape comfortably sleeps six guests. A Pack ‘n Play is available for little ones and can be found in the walk-in closet of the master bathroom. Each bedroom includes two extra pillows and a king-size duvet cover for added comfort. All rooms are equipped with the latest Hisense Canvas Smart TVs, offering access to popular streaming platforms and the option to display beautiful artwork when not in use. The living room TV also includes a cable package for traditional viewing. Step out back to unwind by the fire pit, just off the patio—a great place to end the evening.

The house was picture perfect! Such a beautiful, well appointed home. The home was well stocked and extremely clean. My family travels quite often and we have stayed at many VRBO rentals. This home is definitely in the upper tier. Basically a new home in a respectable neighborhood. Owner supplied all needs plus nice gift basket and great local suggestions. And yes, the Carmel Macchiato at Creamy Cup was delicious! Definitely would stay again!!

This home is amazing! Extremely clean, which I really appreciate! We had everything we needed. The host was super sweet and friendly- great with communication. Charming area - great coffee spot nearby (The Creamy Cup). Enjoyed a fun night at the FlyBoys baseball game. I highly recommend this home!

This house was amazing! So clean, so cute, great layout and everything you’d get in an upscale hotel. It is truly such a gem if you’re looking for a great place in Tusculum. The host was amazing, the best example of hospitality you could ask for! Such a blessing, if you’re trying to decide between this place and anywhere else…this is the one you should choose.

Our host Noemi was awesome! Quick responses for any questions and offered suggestions for local activities and restaurants! The house is perfect! The beds slept great! They have thought of all things you will need for stay! One of the best VRBOs Webster rented. 10/10!

We had a great experience! The hosts thought of everything!! We were staying for the weekend for our son’s wedding close by and it was fantastic to be able to visit with family and enjoy it! Beautiful property and outstanding host who are both honestly worthy of 10 stars! Being extremely flexible and accommodating, the host (Noemi) was always professional and very quick in communication. We originally booked the house for our yearly Christmas trip back home in December; however, due to illness, we had to reschedule to the beginning of the year. No questions asked, Noemi helped us find alternate dates, allowing us to enjoy time with family in TN (which is always a blessing, being military). We have since added the property to our list for all future trips back home and can't wait to enjoy the peace, quiet, and slower pace that both the property and Greeneville offer! - The Fann5
