Welcome to Bear Mountain, known for its famous Nickaus Design golf courses, the Mountain Course and Valley Course. Both these courses are accessible to public players.
The Bear Mountain Tennis Centre, which features Canada's largest indoor/outdoor red clay court facility is also open to the public.
Experience resort - style living at the prestigious Finlayson Reach Condo, located in the Westshore and 25 minutes away from down town Victoria. This executive style 2 bedroom condo is located on Bear Mountain and is available for 30 plus day rental. Your stay includes access to the building amenities such as the fitness room, steam shower and sauna. Guest will also have access to the secure underground parking that can accommodate 1 vehicle.
The spacious suite is set up to accommodate longer term stays and is equipped with cleaning supplies, a vacuum and a broom. Enjoy a complimentary clean during your stay.

This sun filled contemporary suite is 1265 square feet and features an open concept layout, 9ft ceilings, large picture windows that over look the award winning golf course, and gleaming hard wood floors throughout.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed and dressed in high end linens. There is a Smart TV to stream your favourite apps. The ensuite features granite counter tops, a soaker tub, and a glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed also dressed in high end linens. Both bedrooms feature large picture windows that overlook perfectly landscaped grounds and have doors leading to the wrap around balcony. The windows in the bedrooms are dressed with blinds for your best nights sleep.
Both bedrooms have ample closet space to accommodate longer term stay; settle in and enjoy a home away from home.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway and also features granite counter tops and features a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms offer complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash to get you started on your stay.
The living room has an open concept layout and features a cozy fireplace surrounded by contemporary furniture. The Smart TV is mounted above the fireplace and guests are welcome to stream their favourite apps such as Netfix, Amazon Prime, Disney.
The modern kitchen features granite counter tops, Scandinavian style cupboard faces, beverage fridge, ice maker, standard size appliances, an island & counter stools, gas stove top, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and dine in. Guest are welcome to use the natural gas BBQ located on the balcony.
We offer guest the choice of two coffee machines; Keurig Pod and a Cuisinart drip with a carafe. There is also an electric coffee grinder so bring your favourite coffee beans to enjoy during your stay. We offer pods are included to get you started on your stay.
There is a built in work station alongside the kitchen, this is a perfect space for those guests working mobile. WIFI is included. There is also a printer/copier available for guests to use.
The in-suite laundry includes an apartment size washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided to get you started on your stay.
The wrap around balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, offers an outdoor bistro set and chairs for relaxing.
Just steps away is the Bear Mountain athletic club offering fitness classes & an outdoor pool where 1-3-5 day passes that can be purchased. The guest will have access to the complex’s fitness centre and sauna.

The Host will meet the guests to facilitate a key exchange.
Guests will access the suite through the lobby entrance, located at the front of the building.
There is an elevator in the building. The suite is located on the 2nd floor.
Upon arrival, guest will park their vehicle in front of the building. Once guests have the key/fob from the suite, guests will move their vehicle to the underground parking. There is a designated parking spot for guests.
There is a foldable utility wagon in the suite that guests can use to transport their belongings from their vehicle to the suite.
The condo is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Homes Property Management.
Guests will correspond with the Host and members from Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.
