The Set Up: This is a 2-bedroom suite and an in-law suite. We closed off the inside entrance from the in-law suite to the 2-bedroom suite so we could keep the in-law suite for ourselves and for additional privacy. Those booking need to understand that this is now 2 suites outside entrances. This is perfect for families, work groups, co-workers who would like to still like to be in the same home but have more privacy with their own units -- similar to a hotel.

This property was designed for our visiting families, and guests seeking a calm, luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained space to relax, reconnect, work remotely, or enjoy time together in a quiet, serene nature setting.

Property Layout — 2 SEPARATE Private Suites (2BR + 1BR which is our in-law suite) Included in One Booking w/ 2 Separate Entrances that are close to one another. Only book if this setup works for you and your guests.

The backyard was INTENTIONALY designed to feel calm, cozy, luxurious, & restorative — the perfect setting to reconnect, recharge, work remotely, or simply slow down & enjoy the moment.

The property backs directly onto a beautiful rainforest greenbelt trail system leading toward Bear Mountain, with no neighbours behind you — just forest, wildlife, and nature.

Outdoor Movie Experience. Sit back and relax with your family in our outdoor movie theatre w/ surround sound speakers, your family can enjoy Netflix, the game, TV or other programs on the built-in Firestick on our 65” Smart QLED Hisense TV, all while seating 12-14 people. It has been our dream to have an outdoor theatre in our retirement.

• Both suites featuring high end designer finishes, quartz countertops, soft bedding/towels, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtfully designed spaces intended to feel warm, elegant, peaceful, and inviting each with their own private entrances.

Property Care, Mandatory Walkthrough with Host, No Self-Check-ins
To ensure a smooth, comfortable & respectful stay, guests are personally greeted at check-in and provided with a mandatory in-person walkthrough of the home and so they know how to use the amenities.
The walkthrough helps guests:
• become familiar with the property,
• Ensures proper use of the home and amenities and
• helps prevent accidental damage so everyone can enjoy the home comfortably.
• The walkthrough per unit will be 20-30 min.
• Because of the size of the property and level of care involved, the home typically requires approximately 7 hours of cleaning and preparation between guests. Guests must return home in respectful tidy condition.
• Additional cleaning charges will apply for home left very untidy.
• We kindly ask all guests to treat the home with care and respect.
