The Scholar room is 1 of 3 bedrooms in this top floor apartment with views of Manhattan skyline from the livingroom. The Scholar room is both a bedroom and a home office. A comfortable futon sofa opens into a small double bed. There is a desk, printer, and optional computer monitors. Perfect for a traveling scholar or professional. This room also has access to the fire escape, which is like a small terrace with sweet view of Manhattan skyline. The main common area is spacious, 350 sq ft with plant installations, lots of light, optional colored lights, an urban fireplace, open-plan kitchen, dining area.
