Wonderful stay. Nice view of the ocean and far enough away to cut down on street noise. People noise was loud on New Years, but expected. Kitchen was very well stocked although I was not a fan of the ninja coffee maker. Linens were clean and bedding was comfy. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Lanai was used every morning and evening. TVs were dated and volume had to be really high to hear but sounded muffled. They were only used a hour or so before bed and for football so it wasn’t a big deal. We would for sure stay again. We have ready booked for next year.

great stay with games, books, and views

I gave it an overall 5 star rating, because it was a beautiful place in beautiful complex by a beautiful beach on a beautiful island. There were games to play and books to read. Two small problems that I didn't even contact the host about were the sink was clogged in the loft bathroom and the living room TV kept disconnecting from the internet. Otherwise no issues at all.

We loved everything about this unit. Was especially grateful for the cooler, beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear provided, it saved us money and was so handy to take down to the beach across the street. Highly recommended!

The location allowed us to walk to great restaurants and beaches. We explored the whole island but also like to spend days close to the condo so we could have beach time in the morning and pool time in the afternoon. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to stay in while we enjoyed the paradise of Maui. Construction was in progress on the buildings near us but we were never bothered with any noise.

Great condo in Kihei!

The property was beautiful, easy access to the beach across the street, nice amenities, and plentiful parking. The condo was nicely decorated, well furnished, surprisingly spacious for the square feet and the AC was amazing. Kihei a great location to use as a home base to explore the wonders of Maui. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

My family of four loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. The property is beautiful, the pool wasn’t overcrowded during our spring break visit, and it was only an 8 min walk from door to sand to our favorite beach, Kam III. The rental is well stocked with towels (for beach and pool), beach supplies, plenty of extra linens, and everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a pack n play, if you have a baby (the listing didn’t mention it). The aC units do have their exhaust on the back patio, but we found we could turn them off to enjoy the patio before we needed them for bed. Would 100% stay at this family friendly complex again.

The view was excellent, as advertised, and I would likely be back there to stay if given another opportunity.The only thing I could think of being a little annoying was the location of the air conditioning exhaust location - right on the balcony! Too bad it couldn't be aimed toward the outside wall outward instead. We didn't use the TV as there were no local or national network stations programmed to it. Other than that, Excellent!

We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and snorkle gear available in this unit. The only thing missing was the pickle ball rackets (courts on site with rentals available). The bed linens were top notch and the towels generous and good quality. While we did have a good supply of Dishwasher & laundry soap tabs, it would have been a positive to not have to buy toilet paper given our 11 night stay. That being said, we enjoyed our stay emensly and we'd be happy to book this condo again.

Perfect property

Our family of 4 spent Christmas at Kam Sands and it was our 5th time at the resort and first one in this unit. The unit was spotless and complete with everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was wonderful both during sunrise and sunset. This building was set back from the busy Kihei road and made the traffic noise non existent, The location within Kihei is great for walking to restaurants, groceries or to the beach. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful property for your next visit to Maui. We won’t!
