Kamaole Sands 9-410 is centrally located, offering a 2 bed / 2 bathroom unit, perfect for your Maui Vacation! It's just across from a large beach park and Kam III beach, providing stunning views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains.

This spacious unit features vaulted wood plank ceilings and a loft with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is located on the main floor and is complete with two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed upon request. A second bathroom just outside the guest room makes #9-410 suitable for families and couples traveling together. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen with a roomy breakfast bar is perfect for the chef in your family. Each room features a Smart TV for watching movies and catching up on your favorite shows. You can enjoy the incredible views of the West Maui Mountains and the Pacific Ocean from your private lanai, where you might even catch sights of Humpback Whales breaching during the Winter months. Air conditioning is available in each room, along with ceiling fans to help keep things cool during the hotter seasons. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, as well as beach towels and beach chairs for use during your stay.

The Kamaole Sands complex is situated on 15 tropical acres, meticulously landscaped with many fragrant and beautiful trees and flowers. It's just across the street from the popular Kamaole III beach and park, offering primo sunset viewing areas, a nice playground, and facilities. Property features include a Fitness Center with Weights/Treadmill, Swimming Pool and Showers, Kiddie Pool and Hot Tub, Adult Hot Tub, Snack Bar Plus Poolside, Wednesday Pool Party, BBQ Grills, 4 Tennis Courts, Visitor Parking, Near Beach, Near Golf Course, and Close to Town. You're just moments from shopping and dining, including Fred's Mexican Café, Café O'lei, 808 Deli, and Maui Thai Bistro.

Great location

We loved our stay. It had everything we needed in the unit. The property was close to the beach. The pool and BBQ areas were always clean and never crowded. We can’t wait to return.

Love those Maui sunsets

Property was very clean, and check in was simple. Perfect place for my family of four. Very short walk to beaches so you can catch every sunset. Very nice S Kihei location, with a short walk to several restaurants.

Great vacation rental

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great location with the beach right across the street. Appreciated the extras provided like garbage bags, paper towels, tp and dishwasher tabs. We had plenty of all those items for the week not just a starter kit like other places I’ve stayed. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place

The place is just as described. It’s really clean and very welcoming. The master bed was really comfortable. The beach chairs helped a lot on beach days but I wish they also had an I’m really because a lot of the beaches in Maui doesn’t really provide much shade. We’d love to stay again when we come back to Kihei.

Great location in Kihei. Beautiful view of the ocean, but no view of the property. This suite lanai overlooks parking lot and driveway for other units. Parking was close to the elevator and stairs, which was convenient. Lots of open space in the suite and nicely decorated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo recently remodeled. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub area and is right across the street from great beach. Lanai has view of the ocean, but nicest just to pop over for the sunset like most locals. TV was a little tricky to figure out, but does have Spectrum cable. Kitchen has all pots pans etc needed, but no staples/spices/etc. Dedicated parking spot near elevator is a plus. Reception has coupons for 10% off at local Foodland market.

It’s very convenient and walkable neighborhood facing beach! I can watch sunset everyday on my own balcony! It’s spacious and clean in the top of the floor with great views! So close to all those famous sights including road to Hana and the summit of Haleakala! Also short drive to the airport and west shore! Great dining and local shopping nearby. I definitely will come back again to stay in the same community! Thank you for your help to make an unforgettable trip for my mom and myself! :)

Great family Vacation

Kamole Sands is our favorite place to stay. This unit was great except the floors were filthy. Other than that beautiful location.
