THE SPACE:

➀ Location, Views & Surroundings:

‱ The spacious living area has gorgeous light and picture windows, allowing stunning views to the garden and to Hanging Rock, and beyond that to Mt Macedon.
‱ Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, with kangaroos, kookaburras and other native birdlife visiting Applegarth regularly!
‱ Set on 12 picturesque acres near Newham Village.

➀ Layout & Bedrooms

‱ There is a small second living area/foyer with a TV.
‱ The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite (including bath).
‱ The second (1 Queen, 2 Singles) and third (1 Queen) bedrooms benefit from gorgeous southerly views from large windows, making the most of the home's surroundings.
‱ Both share a central bathroom.

➀ Comfort & Family-Friendly Features:

‱ For couples or groups, this is a stylish and comfortable space.
‱ For families, there are child-friendly items (high-chair, bed rail, portacot, small table/chairs, a selection of toys/books) and a bath.
‱ Other amenities include a laundry with a washer and dryer.
‱ To make your stay easier, there is a small collection of essentials provided - tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, peper, basic herbs as well as soaps, shampoo, conditioner.

‱ In the garage there is an excercise bike, rowing machine and treadmill, along with an air hockey and foosball table.

‱ Outside for the kids (young and old!) there are soccer and footy goals, basketball hoop, a trampoline and monkey bars.
‱ The dam is stocked with fish and you are welcome to cast a line!
‱ Expansive 12-acre property for walks and play.

Please note - outside pets are welcome but must be added to the booking (a garage and shed available for shelter) but strictly no indoor pets allowed. Please also be aware the dam is close to and visible from the house, and unfenced - use of the property is at your own risk.

Beautiful property and plenty of space. John was a wonderful host, proactive and prompt at every stage. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of those thoughtful extras (think tissues, condiments, soaps, coffee, firelighters etc) throughout the home plus a treasure trove of books, board games, Lego and toys. We took a walk around the property every morning spotting the biggest rabbits we’ve ever seen and would end the day with a walk before coming in to a cosy fire. Would recommend for families.
