Unfortunately, the issue regarding the owner's account and the potential interruption of utilities was outside of our direct control and was not something we anticipated when your reservation was confirmed. As soon as we became aware of the situation, our priority was to find an alternative and minimize the impact on your stay, and we are glad you were ultimately able to secure another accommodation. We understand how unsettling it must have been to have to change accommodations unexpectedly, especially after settling into the unit.
