Bienvenidos.

Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue à Playa Royale, une des plus belles station développements à Nuevo Vallarta. Notre unité de studio en bord de mer 7ème étage spacieux attend avec impatience votre visite. Perché dans la tour 1, cet appareil offre une vue imprenable et sans pareil donnant sur des palmiers chatoyants, des piscines bleu cobalt et l'infini de l'océan Pacifique. Et avons-nous mentionné les couchers de soleil ......?

Pendant votre séjour, profiter de tout ce que Playa Royale offre en termes de la belle et impeccablement entretenus terrains, bâtiments sécurisés et commodités sur place. Adjacent à la tour 1 est le Club Beach qui offre la nourriture et des boissons plaisirs, ainsi que palapas en bord de mer pour votre confort et de détente. Dès la sortie de votre porte est la magnifique baie de Banderas et littéralement miles des plages les plus belles et propices à la marche à trouver. Shopping, restaurants, activités nautiques et des possibilités de conditionnement physique abondent dans la région immédiate, et sont facilement accessibles à pied ou un court trajet de navette / taxi.

Notre unité décorée récemment, et fortement offre le meilleur dans la conception mexicaine contemporaine. Les principales caractéristiques de l'appareil sont son espace, l'ouverture, la lumière et, bien sûr, la terrasse. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez un lit king size, 50 "Samsung Smart TV, haut-débit Wi-Fi et des meubles sur mesure. L'unité a également une place de parking sécurisé pour les personnes avec des voitures. Mais pour les amateurs de coucher du soleil, vous trouverez qu'il est difficile de quitter la terrasse avant le coucher du soleil!

Perfect escape

Perfect for 2 people

As we expected, Playa Royale is a great place to enjoy PV. Super convenient to everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo is clean, up to date and comfortable with great views.

Great view vacation stay

This stay exceeded my expectation. The listing shows exactly what you will get a great view and perfect for two people! Check in and out was as easy as it can be. Pools were great! Overall experience was great!

We had a great stay and it was perfect for what we needed. The condo was nice, clean, and very convenient, with a lovely balcony and ocean view. The kitchen was well-equipped, and overall amenities were great. This area isn't the most equipped - not many food options and not much to do if you can't Uber out... But perfect for people looking for a relax and do nothing trip. There were a few minor issues worth noting for future guests:The shower runs intermittently (water turns off for a few minutes, then comes back on — repeatedly throughout the shower).The A/C stopped working the second night, though it seemed like a building issue rather than the unit itself.The door key takes a little finesse — some jiggling and maneuvering are needed to get it to work.None of these were deal-breakers, and the positives far outweighed the inconveniences. We’d happily stay again!

The air-conditioning does not work if the sliding door is not completely closed so that could have been the problem but it is working now. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Beautifully decorated seventh floor “studio“ with much space and magnificent views of Banderas Bay. Great location and with possible access to El Tigre sports club, it is a wonderful stay in Nuevo Vallarta.

Wonderful Condo

The view from the condo was amazing. Everything was clean and in good condition. Easy walk to the grocery store, and they have a fantastic Farmers Market on Tuesdays very close to the property.

Beautiful Playa Royale never disappoints! Well equipped and comfortable. Hosts were great and let us check in early. The ocean view is spectacular. Would not hesitate to book this unit again

Excellent studio on the beach

This was our second stay at this studio. It’s roomy, very clean, comfortable and great resort. Walking distance to everything. Barb is very easy to work with. We will definitely return.

Spending 2 weeks at Playa Royale provided us with a very relaxing environment. This unit delivered easy living with a comfortable king size bed, small couch, eating areas inside and on the balcony, well equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants, but most important, a very quick stroll to the beach. We were not disappointed and plan to return.

Another Great Stay

Second time to this condo and over 30 trips to Mexico. It would be hard to find a better view or a better beach. We rented bikes for a few days and cruised up and down the bike path to Bucerias. We spent hours on the beach in the chairs provided by Barb. We had the whole beach to ourselves just south of the condo. Everything was clean and well stocked and a great size for a couple.

Wonderful Stay

This condo facing the ocean was just beautiful and just as advertised. Playa Royale is a beautiful resort to stay at and very safe, the staff were all very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The only issue we had was a bit of confusion about where we could sit on the beach, but Barb was quick to help clear things up for us. I would definitely recommend staying at Barb and Bill’s condo, you won’t be disappointed.

So clean and quiet

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was perfect for us. We love the location because it was quiet, but we could take a taxi to the Malecón and enjoy that as well. The condo is as close to the beach with an amazing view as anyone in Puerto Vallarta. Owner was great about giving us suggestions and helping us as first time visitors. We would definitely return.
