Vivre à la plage ... Vue sur l'océan, 4e de la plage

Bienvenue à Beach Living, à quelques pas de la plage. Notre maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles, groupes d'amis ou tout simplement pour un week-end tranquille. Il y a trois niveaux d'espace de vie. Avec des chambres aux premier et troisième étages, il y a amplement d'espace et d'intimité pour tout le monde. Il y a 7 balcons et porches, dont un avec véranda et une terrasse sur le toit! Il y a des vues sur l'océan et la baie depuis le balcon du deuxième étage ainsi que depuis la chambre principale et le balcon, ainsi que depuis la terrasse sur le toit. Vous pourriez vous endormir en écoutant le crash des vagues.

Cette unité dispose de deux places de parking dédiées. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture à votre arrivée et marcher jusqu'à toutes les attractions de Dewey Beach! Rehoboth est à une courte distance en tramway de la promenade ou des restaurants. Tanger Outlets sont également à 10 minutes en voiture.

Nous sommes une unité adaptée aux chiens! Dewey Beach est une plage très adaptée aux chiens, permettant aux chiens sur la plage le matin et le soir pendant la haute saison !! Si vous êtes un amoureux des chiens, c'est la plage qu'il vous faut.

Nous rénovons la maison pour la saison 2018. Il y aura de nouveaux étages, des chambres fraîchement peintes, une cuisine mise à jour, une télévision grand écran / un son surround (connectez-vous à Bluetooth et écoutez de la musique) et de nombreux autres nouveaux équipements seront ajoutés cette saison. Nous ajoutons des équipements pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Les photos seront mises à jour au fur et à mesure que le travail sera terminé.

We had a great time on vacation. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is spacious and well-stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. The views from the many balconies made our stay even more relaxing. We will def consider staying here again!

Beautiful beach house

My family and I absolutely loved our stay hereHeather was extremely helpful and prompt with any responses to questions. Plenty of room for four adults and four kids plus one pup.close to the beach, all of the kitchen amenities were wonderful. I enjoyed taking my morning coffee up to the rooftop deck. The house is beautiful on the inside and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Great Location

The entire experience was great. We’ve been going to Dewey Beach for the last 8 years, and this was one of our favorites. The MANY decks provide a lot of great views and were perfect to enjoy the sights and sounds of the shore. We loved being able to take our dog. Beds were pretty comfortable. There were ample cooking supplies and beach supplies. Communication was easy!

Great stay at Dewey beach

I stayed at this beach house in Dewey Beach with a group of friends, and it was everything we hoped for. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach and nightlife at restaurants/bars. The house itself was clean upon arrival and clearly well-maintained. The layout and space made it super comfortable for a group stay, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Whether you're planning a fun weekend or a longer vacation, this place is ideal. Would definitely come back!

Very nice unit. Went with my adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen bid and well stocked. Large dining table. Close to beach access, had lots of beach chairs . Host, Heather was very attentive, and quickly responded to any questions.

Very nice house. We especially loved the screened in porch. Well stocked, updated, comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of space for sleeping and lounging, My only complaint would be that we had some trouble with the Roku tvs. Would prefer cable on all.Also, no empty cabinet for food. Overall a great place that we would recommend and book again. Thank you to our hostess for quick responses to our inquiries.

Thanks for your feedback. So it turned out the Roku was unplugged, which is why you were having trouble. I apologize for that. I completely agree we need empty space for food. I will figure out a cabinet or purchase a freestanding pantry for next season! We hope to see you again.

Amazing Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It was updated, clean, perfect location, and had lots of space! I love going to Dewey Beach and this place made it even more enjoyable. The rooftop deck was spectacular and a beautiful way to see all of Dewey. Communication with Heather was always easy and quick! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome beach house for a long weekend getaway!! Fantastic views of the ocean and plenty of space to sleep our extended family. The beach house had everything we needed. Perfect family beach week!

What a great home! Plenty of room. Screened porch was perfect for meals and just hanging out. Having the beach wagon available was a huge plus and the little pool was perfect for the 16 month old on the beach! Our family group of 5 adults and 5 children, plus one dog, made some lifelong memories and we are already talking about next year!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Great property just steps to the beach and with convenient access to the highway to get to nearby towns with good restaurants and shopping. Heather was so nice and on the spot with communicating. The house is very comfortable and plenty of space for even a couple of families to spread out. We will be back !

We would do it again

We had a great time. The accommodations were very comfortable and Heather was a perfect hostess. She was very responsive to us and our needs. My only criticism is that perhaps it could have been a little cleaner (but even that Heather was willing to address immediately). We would stay again and recommend Heather as a hostess to others.

Our First trip to Dewey Beach summer 2024

The home was perfect everything was exactly as pictured and more ! Heather was great to communicate with! We were amazed with all the beach chairs , wagon , toys etc . That were there to use . We loved the deck of the kitchen to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen was well equipped down to cinnamon and vanilla for our French toast ! I will definitely return to. this oasis

Wonderful vacation home!

This property was perfect for us. We had six adults and four young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were able to spend time together as well as find quiet places to relax. The location was perfect...no streets to cross to get to the beach, just a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The property owner was so nice and very responsive with any questions I had prior to our stay. I would give this experience all the stars possible!

Family fun

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was definitely a good choice! Heather is a very responsive host, replying to messages within minutes. The condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and the other side of the island. With 3 floors it was easy to spread out. The kids played downstairs and the adults got to relax. There are a ton of balconies with outdoor furniture to sit and relax. The beach was beautiful and clean with lifeguards.
