The place was filled with so much character and with everything being painted white, it really gives off a “clean feeling”. Having so many bathroom really was a bonus. We did use the parking area across the street due to limited availability on the street. The neighborhood was VERY quiet, which was nice. We seemed to be very close to everything, even a quick 12 minute walk (less than a mile) to the grocery store.The air conditioning worked VERY WELL….actually had to turn it down.Communication was good - once we connected, then the host was quick to respond.If you have a large group, this is a perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a group of 10 so this place worked great for us. Everything was very clean and adequately apportioned. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it has a double oven and plenty of useful appliances. The only bump in the road was the top floor/attic room got pretty warm and was difficult to keep cool. It did cool down in the evening though, which is the most important time. This place works great for a large group or 2,3 families as each floor could house a typical family. Parking across the street was accessible but was a little steep. The street was relatively quiet and not too busy in the summer when we were there. Great value for the price.

Beautiful home!! Lots of room for families or couples. Be ready to walk up stairs. I would have liked to have ice in the ice maker. That would have been nice. Easy check in and check out. Close to everything in town. Great communication with owner. Would definitely do again!

This space is interesting. Lots of kitchens. There were rains so some leaks happened. Great washer dryer. Very empty and lacking color or art. The area seemed a bit dodgy. We were hesitant to use the suggested parking area as it is basically an unkept lot with rocks and uneven dirt. It also was not lockable and was as easy to access as parking on the street.

I usually just give star reviews however I must comment on the excellent stay my family had at this property. We are a large family. I am a mother of seven children and lots of grandkids and this home accommodated the all of my family that did come in very comfortably. The open kitchen and living room floor plan made for a great gathering for dinner and family games. There’s enough beds for everyone if you do have a large group! There are equally plenty bathrooms. There’s a lovely side patio and a fourth floor sitting area off of the sixth bedroom at the top of the fourth floor. But the best part are the THREE kitchens in this home that allowed me to prepare a great holiday meal. The street is a very small tight street. However, the home comes with a locking gated gravel parking area directly across the street with a clear view from inside the home. If I had to say one thing negative it would only be that there wasn’t a broom in the house to keep tidy, and two of the doors will definitely need weather seals to close the gap that did allow air to rush in from them on what was a very chilly and windy Thanksgiving day. I had an amazing day with my family and we will rent here again 6

First off parking was very difficult the large parking lot that is down below the property you have to walk up an alley Hill. to get to the front door. and the parking lot is not part of the building didn't seem to be secured for vehicles. .When we arrived the alley was blocked off with the fence and cones due to the construction going on to the other building next to the one we were staying in, we had five vehicles in my party we all had to park on the street in front of the unit were staying in Neighbors were very helpful and understanding. other than we had to park quite a ways up the street and walk back down to the house did not see nothing like this in the description
