* POOL SAFETY & LIABILITY:
Our property has a swimming pool. By booking and staying at this home, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safety of yourself and your guests. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur on the property, including in or around the pool area.
IMPORTANT: Guests are required to sign a Pool Waiver Form before check-in. Failure to sign may result in cancellation without refund.
* No shoes inside the house.
* Keep noise levels low after 10 PM.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply for odor and stain removal.
* Please wash dishes after use. Unwashed dishes may result in extra cleaning charges.
* Parking: Driveway accommodates side-by-side parking. For larger or multiple vehicles, you may park parallel in front of the house.
* Entertainment: We have a Bar for your enjoyment, as well as a workspace.
* Return all items to their designated places before checking out.
* Consumables: Occasionally, we may leave behind condiments or snacks from previous guests. Please inspect them before use. The host is not responsible for these items.
* Do not rearrange the furniture.
* Event hosting: If you plan to host an event (e.g., wedding, graduation), please contact us first to discuss.
* Parties: Unauthorized parties will result in extra cleaning fees. If noise complaints arise from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately.
* Illegal substances: If illegal drugs are suspected, authorities will be contacted, and you may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
* Respect the property: As this is both our personal home and part of the Airbnb community, please treat the property and its contents with respect and leave it tidy upon your departure.
