Welcome to your sun-drenched desert retreat in the heart of Cathedral City! This spacious 1,406 sqft condo offers a comfortable and relaxing getaway for up to four guests.
Key Features:
* **Bedrooms/Bathrooms:** 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
* **Living Area:** An open-plan living space filled with natural light, featuring comfortable sofas and tiled floors.
* **Kitchen & Dining:** A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals at home.
* **Private Patio:** Step through large sliding glass doors to your private patio with direct, gated access to the sparkling community pool.
* **Comfort & Convenience:** The home is equipped with central air conditioning and a dedicated laundry area.
