OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Parking: Large roundabout driveway. Plenty of room for multiple vehicles, trailers, ATVs/UTV's and snowmobiles. • Pets: $35 per dog, per night. Dogs are allowed (maximum 2 dogs), but no cats. • A large dog house and a long cable from the dog house to a tree in the yard are available, giving pets room to explore and exercise safely without leaving the property. • Please get approvals for the size and type of dog. • If you're bringing dogs, please let us know in advance to avoid paying double the pet fee charges. • Dogs are not allowed on beds, blankets, or furniture — we recommend bringing your own dog bed to help your pup feel at home. • A minimum $100 cleaning fee will apply if pet hair, waste, stains, strong odors, or damage is found. • Please clean up after your pet and help keep the outdoor spaces clean. • Please ensure pets are on a leash and do not bark excessively. • Guests bringing service dogs must provide valid documentation to the owner, verifying service qualifications.
• Smoking: strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: from 11 pm to 7 am. • Fire safety: Please exercise caution when using the fire pit and BBQ grill. Always keep a bucket of water or a fire extinguisher nearby, never leave them unattended, and ensure they are completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving the cabin. • The wood stove in the corner of the basement living room is not available for guest use. • You might need to provide your firewood, as the ample wood surrounding the cabin is not always guaranteed to be available. • Notes: • Due to Health Department regulations, only salt and pepper are provided; all other food must be removed at checkout. • Spare bedding is located in the closets. Please use it only in an emergency and wash the original set before you leave. • There is central air and heating throughout the home. The thermostat is next to the TV in the upstairs living room. • Cell reception can be spotty; we recommend downloading arrival details in advance and setting up Wi-Fi calling for better service.

Absolutely love this place. Perfect location for our snowmobiling trip (trail goes right by the driveway). Clean and everything looks as seen in the pictures. Communication was up front and easy. Thank you for hosting us!
