Came for anniversary. Blown away on how big this place was. It was very clean. Only minutes away from beach. Right next to downtown area. Didnt have to leave the island. Would recommend. 20 stars

The condo was nicely set up but we did have to rewash dishes before we could use them. The couch, loveseat and rug in living room had a really strong pet odor so I didn’t really sit in there. The upstairs neighbors were very loud stomping around before 7:30am in the mornings so no sleeping in.It was very conveniently located near beach and shops etc…

Perfect location. South Beach is our favorite area. The sink in the hall bath has a very slow drain but that can be easily fixed. Loved the patio.

Love Tybee!

A wonderful condo perfect for us and our daughter and son-in-law. Great location, clean, easy to get to, and the check-in/out process was easy as you'd ever want it to be. A very nice 'home away from home' for the week.

All about the location

The location was the best. Walk to beach and restaurants. The condo was comfortable. The master bathroom could use some updates. We were satisfied with our stay.

Parking was great but if you’re space is next to stairwell you do not have the luxury of a straight in entrance which makes it difficult to enter if cars next to you aren’t parked all the way inside.

Great Experience

My experience at the Tybee Sands Condominiums was great. We were down stairs from the beach, and a block aways from the restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Hi Sean! Thank you for your review! Each unit is required to have an extra trash bag in each bin, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and a roll of paper towels when a new guest arrives. Perfect Vacation Condo

The rental process and communication with management was a breeze. The location could not be more perfect and the condo was perfection! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in minutes. The only drawback was the parking spot. There is a pole in the way so you have to back out at an angle which is difficult with 2 cars parked in the next spot. Otherwise 5 stars in every way!
