Perfect getaway location

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. It is an excellent location near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Our favorite part of our trip was talking on the balcony during sunset.

Perfect for family!

This condo was great for my family. It rained the first two days we were there, and there were board games to keep us occupied! The owners responded very promptly to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful spot on the channel!

We just enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this gem of a place! Everything was exactly as listed on the site - super clean and beautiful, bright inside. Decorated super cute and had everything we needed - loved the complimentary coffee and table all set up for us!!!! We'll definitely be back!

Great condo

Nicely appointed condo in a quiet building with close parking. Literally minutes from the beach. Nice morning and evening views from the deck. Small pool that the grandkids enjoyed while I cooked steaks on the grills available to guests. Ideal property for a couple or small family.

Amazing unit, views, location, waterfront

The renters were amazing and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Not enought good things to say about our stay and their hospitality. Would stay there again without a doubt. We have stayed in Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, Corpus Christi, Padre Island, Mustang Island, and this was the best stay we have had. Highly recommend.

Second Stay...Love the view!!!

This is great one bedroom unit on the third floor overlooking a beautiful canal full of homes, boats birds & even a dolphin or two. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Remember to bring coffee (grounds) and not pods as there is a drip style coffee maker rather than a Keurig. The bed is a very nice memory foam queen that is firm yet cushy. We enjoyed the stay and look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful experience!

We were looking for a winter getaway & we found exactly what we were looking for. We are a retired couple & only needed a 1 BR unit with a small kitchen & comfortable seating with a great view. We wanted to be on the water with a boat slip. This unit was perfect for us. We loved the deck & the dishwasher, washer & dryer were a bonus. Being on the canal allowed us easy access to fishing & boat rides. We hope to be coming back sometime soon. Thank you.

Unbeatable Sunset Views

This is our go-to spot for our annual extended-stay trips to the Texas Gulf Coast. Light, bright and ultra-clean, this condo is a joy to stay in – for us, it’s a home away from home. New this year: luxury vinyl flooring, rugs and living room furniture! The condo is well equipped with kitchen items, linens and towels (including beach towels), and a generous supply of cleaning/paper products. The Starbucks coffee pods and Keurig machine are an extra bonus. We appreciate the lightning quick internet and big-screen TV with various streaming services. This is our 5th stay in this condo and, as always, the hosts are outstanding - always available, very quick to reply, helpful and friendly whenever you need them. On top of all that, the sunsets from the deck are stunningly beautiful – we ate dinner on the deck nearly every night. Thank you Linda and Rafi for another wonderful stay. Looking forward to next year!

Our Favorite on North Padre Island

This is our hands-down favorite place to stay for our annual visit to the Texas Gulf Coast and this year we stayed for over a month. We love the condo for its quiet neighborhood, its west facing deck (sunsets over the canal) and its proximity to both the Gulf beaches and Corpus Christi for shopping and other errands. Besides being spotless upon arrival, there is always something newly added to the condo each year (this year, an outdoor awning!) and the owners could not be nicer. Already thinking about next year!

Peaceful

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. No traffic noise from balcony whatsoever even though there are many homes around.. The westward view from the living room and balcony is beautiful. It is on third floor but it was good exercise for both of us. The condo was clean and well-equipped and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Rental

I spent 5 nights at the condo with my 10 year old granddaughter and we loved it. This was our 5th summer to stay on Padre Island and we liked this rental by far over all the others we’ve stayed at and both agreed we’d return. It is very nicely decorated. The view of the canal is lovely. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. The entire place was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels plus soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Keurig coffee machine and complimentary Starbucks coffee pods was a nice touch. Even eggs were provided! The washer dryer worked perfectly. We go to the beach every day so having a W/D combo is essential for us. The property also has a lovely small community pool just 30 yards from the condo. Parking is right outside the property. Communication with the owner was prompt and the one time we needed extra sheets response time was under 30 minutes. The condo IS on the third floor so be prepared to exercise those leg muscles. We like to bring everything we need and don’t go to the supermarket whilst there so it took us 3 trips up and down on our arrival and departure days, but other than that it wasn't an issue for us. If there is one area for improvement it would be the comfort level of the sleeper sofa that my granddaughter slept on. There was a metal bar she could feel through the mattress. She’s not a complainer so she simply slid down the bed and slept on the bottom half. I could see how this could bother others though. With some creativity I have no doubt the owners can fix this one issue as they’ve done an excellent job with this condo. If you’re coming to Padre Island for the first time here are some recommendations: Go to Mustang Island beach and take beach access road #2. You’re guaranteed a hundred yards of beach to yourself for the whole day. Take a loaf of bread to feed the seagulls. Cheap entertainment for the kids. This trip we went to PINS for the first time. It’s remote. If you go please read up on safety. There’s no cell reception. No gas station. We got lucky. We drove all the way to big shell and little shell beach with no issues. That’s about 30 miles on the beach. Where possible drive on damp sand but watch out for debris. Restaurants: Padre Island-La Palma. Port A-Venetian Hot Plate, Grumbles, Desserted Island. Rockport-Paradise Key. 100% satisfied. Will definitely return. 5 stars.

WE enjoyed our stay very much. As described and very well equiped. Only drawback was the thrird story climb with our heavey suitcases. Boat slip area was closed off for maintenance, but we did not need to use it. Instructions for Wi-Fi and TV were clear. We had a few bottles and cans for recycle, but did not know where to put them, so just a note on where to put hem would be usefull.

Another Wonderful Stay

This canal-view condo is full of natural light, sparkling clean and well maintained - a home away from home on our annual trips to North Padre Island. Location could not be better with both the Gulf beaches and Corpus Christi shopping close-by. Spectacular sunset views from the deck, comfortable queen-size bed, washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit, ample storage and thoughtfully stocked supplies, all make for a lovely stay. Owners are friendly and promptly respond to any dilemma that arises. The new Keurig machine was an extra treat. We could not be more pleased and have already booked for next year! Thank you, Linda and Rafi for another wonderful stay!

Excellent condo!!

The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. Linda and Rafi furnished everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The TV is nice and huge, the bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer were really good for doing a quick wash now and then. There is even a cute little dishwasher in the kitchen, which worked great! :-) The pool is also a nice place to hang out after a day on the water. We didn’t use the grills, but we saw that they had several available. Parking and check in were perfect and so easy, and you just can’t beat the Padre sunsets from the balcony! The boat slip is right below the condo and access is limited to residents and guests, so we felt very comfortable leaving our ice chest and fishing tackle in the boat the whole time. Email communication with the hosts was super quick and friendly as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay here again in the future! Thank you Linda and Rafi!!

Everything as advertised, with the possible exception of the bed seeming more like a double than a queen. Not a huge deal. The decor is charming and the unit is very clean. Lots to see outside. Be ready to figure out that TV.

GREAT Location - Beach very close to location

A great get away. Cozy, clean and felt like home. Loved the view of the waterway behind the property. Owner very responsive to messages. Kitchen well equipped so we didn't have to eat out. A single cup Keurig coffee maker was a nice surprise instead of a drip coffee maker. The living room furniture and bed in the bedroom were very comfortable. Convenient to have washer, dryer, laundry soap and softner/bounce. Would definitely reserve again.
