Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was nice. There were only a few complaints that I let office know while staying. They offered to fix them while we were there but it wasn’t urgent. The door on the closet in the bedroom overlooking the pool wasn’t on track and fell when we opened it. The drain on the shower only bathroom was draining slow but it did drain. Upstairs does stay quit a bit hotter than downstairs we took fans and that helped some. For over half our stay our room smelled like marijuana, we told the office just so they didn’t think we were smoking in our room. They did offer an ozone air purifier for the room. The dryer vent was packed full of lent, easy fix just didn’t look like anyone has cleaned it in a while. The condo was well stocked and the washer and dryer saved the day. Location was perfect and easy to access the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice. I would stay here again.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this complex last year and enjoyed the location and ease of access. I think the unit we stayed in this time was more to our liking due to having an island instead of a bar in the kitchen. It was modern not overly cluttered and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that I would recommend is to update the stove, the burners do not lie flat and so there are really only 2 that you can use. One other thing about the complex is that the pool and hot tub had more debris in it then I remember last time. Would definitely stay in this complex and unit again.

Great Value Fall Get-a-way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at these condos at least once per year. They are a great value for location. This unit is the closest unit to the beachfront units. It was clean, nice and updated. It is also one of the only units we've stayed in with a washer and dryer available in the unit. The beds aren't the most comfortable, for us anyway. This could be partly due to the sheets used. They are hard and rough. You might prefer to bring your own. There is a regular coffee pot (not kuerig type) but no filters, so plan ahead for these things. Pleasant office staff. All in all, worth the cost.

Yes, Toilet paper holders were not holding but not a big deal. I have rented other condos but I love that his one is nice and roomy! Great view to the beach and pool from the balconies. I took one star from cleanness because the housekeeping left one can of trash in the house but i called the front office and they quickly came to take it out. I will be back next summer with my family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was about 2 in the morning, the fire alarm went off. It scared us, the kids were crying. We called the after hours line and yes maintenance showed up an hour later but we were still inconvenienced. I asked for a discount or compensation of any kind. The toilet paper dispensers in both restrooms were broken. The water spout in the bath tub was loose. Please check room for these things and repair them before the next customer comes in. I will definitely write a review about this.

After seeing multiple other condos here, 210 is definitely outdated. We we also very disappointed the pool was shut down in April, that’s my favorite part.

Perfect little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice condo with great proximity to the ocean. I honestly have no complaints. The house was in tip top shape. The A/C worked great. Condo 210 was bigger than we needed with 3 balconies, three bathrooms, and two bedrooms (plus plenty of sleeping space in the living room). It was just me and my wife staying there but it was comparable in price to a small studio and the extra room was just a bonus.The pool was clean and well kept, the hot tub was beautifully relaxing. Of course the ocean was awesome and we were half a mile from a jetty with excellent fishing and snorkeling. There were thousands of sea turtles you could swim with near the jetty and it was an awesome experience just be careful of the rip currents inside the channel. If you know how to deal with rip currents you'll be just fine (don't panic and swim perpendicular to said current).Like I said, no complaints from me!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy El Constante and plan on making it an annual trip! Staff with Padre Escapes are always helpful and courteous. We love the easy access to the beach and pool. We stayed in an “ok” condo this past trip. We’ve had better. Updates needed. Bed was small, blinds need to be replaced with better ones and curtains especially for master bedroom where security lights keep the room too bright for good sleep. Appreciate the ”early check in” but found a cheese ball under a chair right as we walked in. Not a big deal, but makes me worry how clean the place really was.
