Nouvellement rénové 2 chambres 1 chalet de bain situé sur une belle propriété de campagne avec une vue magnifique. À 10 minutes en voiture du village de Cooperstown et du parc Dreams.

Le chalet est situé sur une belle ancienne ferme restaurée avec des miles de sentiers commençant juste au-delà de la cour arrière. Randonnée, vélo, course, exploration. Étangs, cascades et belles vues le tout à une promenade facile.

Grande cuisine moderne, salon spacieux. Chalet de plain-pied idéal pour tous les types de familles et de groupes. Grand espace intérieur et extérieur.

Chambre principale avec lit queen, deuxième chambre avec lits superposés jumeaux. Canapé sectionnel dans le salon avec lit gigogne.

Tous les draps, serviettes fournis ainsi que shampooing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps. Laveuse et sécheuse dans chalet avec fournitures de blanchisserie fournies.

Great visit

This cottage had it all! A perfect place to relax after being at Dreams Park. The bathroom is huge and the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, well located property. Short and easy drive to Dreams Park made it a breeze to get back for a break in between games. Great view of the valley from the front porch, quiet and secluded view from the back porch. Perfect place for our family of four. Gas, groceries, and restaurants are along the route to Dreams Park. No negatives at all but did miss not having horses in the pasture out the backdoor.

Home away from home

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting for a baseball tournament. I felt like we stepped into a dream. The views and seclusion was amazing. The host was very accommodating and super helpful. We can’t wait to go back again!

Amazing Experience!

This was the perfect place to stay while my son played at Dreams Park! The location from DS and downtown Cooperstown is close, but it’s just far enough to feel like you’re out in the country. Having laundry in the cottage with supplies included was extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to staying here again someday!

Accommodation was just as advertised. Farm atmosphere with animals just outside the back porch. The host family is very friendly. The location is convenient to Cooperstown and other sites. Spacious interior and room for several people. Very glad we came.

Cozy and beautiful

We stayed with our 2 year old who loved being able to play outside and see the horses. Only 15 minutes from the grocery store and doubleday field but far enough away where we felt disconnected from the hustle bustle.

I brought my 86 yr. old Mom & Aunt to visit their cousin's. Them enjoying telling stories of their childhood together was great hearing & of our family history. Unknowingly until we arrived we were right down the street from the farm where the most of the memories. My cousins childhood home. The place was perfect for my Mom & Aunt, very clean, species & room for a few family members to visit. They loved sitting on the front porch with mountain & farm views.

Birthday weekend

We were celebrating my brother's birthday with a weekend trip to Cooperstown. While I grew up in the Hudson Valley, I'd never been to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The village and Hall were exactly what I anticipated and it was a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for our needs and the setting is just beautiful (and just minutes from Cooperstown).

Perfect Spot For Dreams Park!

This was just the most perfect spot for our family. The country view from the front and back porch is unbeatable! We all enjoyed the animals on the property. House is super cute and open. Couch and bed in master was super comfortable which is important to us. The bunk beds weren’t the best comfort wise but not a deal breaker. We loved the map in the living room area with pins to mark where your from and lined with Cooperstown trading pins! They had my heart when they welcome you with local coffee and a nice note. Nice touch. Would highly recommend and would come back. The location is perfect as well. Really nice place for the park and downtown. Perfectly located! You won’t regret this spot.

Country Oasis!

The photos do not do justice to this property! I did not expect the cabin to be as roomy and charming as it was. My son and I are not used to city living, so we desperately needed to get out!! We wanted fresh air and to get away from....well everything, really. lol Even though the drive was like a story about Murphy's Law and took wayyyyyy longer than expected and we were utterly exhausted, the moment we stepped foot onto the property, all of those bad experiences drifted away. The "cabin" is like a cute single-family home, with all the country charm you could imagine. The view of the horses was just breathtaking and the property has amazing hiking trails, animals, and amazing homeowners that are very welcoming! My son loved the pets the most and I loved the quiet. We will definitely try to come back soon, we already miss their puppy, Aspen! Thank you, Adam and Katlin you have a beautiful home!

Convenient and relaxing

what a beautiful property. close to Dreams Park, but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. the property is absolutely adorable- clean, comfortable, has everything that you need. I loved sitting on the back porch, watching the horses. And the kitten was so friendly and absolutely made my kids trip! Couldn't recommend more!

Great property!

The cottage was a great home base for us during our visit to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. My daughters loved visiting the horses and kittens and exploring the woods on the property. Star gazing was incredible! Hosts live in the main house on the same property and are extremely responsive and helpful - they even mailed us some baseball pants that we left drying on the back porch when we left. A great change of pace at this cottage in the country.

Absolutely Awesome!

We LOVED this property so much. Feeding the horses and hiking to see the waterfall was just awesome! Piper the dog and “kitty” the farm kitten was our little Buddy. The home is extremely cozy, super cute! The owners provide so much. It’s so helpful!! We were 11 minutes from the fields in Cooperstown, we were in town for week 7. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our kids had a lot of fun in the open fields 💙 we had a GREAT and wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

I Highly recommend!! My 10y/o daughter and I stayed here while my son played in the Cooperstown tournament. The cottage was squeaky clean, organized, and well supplied upon our arrival. The owners are very friendly and made us feel at home. My daughter fell in love with it right away and was thrilled to see the horses and kittens. It's in and ideal location, very quiet and only 10 min from Cooperstown. Without a doubt I would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle or needs a place to stay while their child is playing at Dreams Park. We will definitely be back!

Made the Cooperstown experience just that much better!!

The owner was so easy to deal with before and during our stay. The house is just as depicted in the listing. The location is about 11 min from DreamsPark and the “city” of Cooperstown, Grocery stores and restaurants. The night sky in Hartwick is amazing (if that’s your thing). The house and the yard are both well maintained and the house has just about everything you need for your stay. I would definitely recommend this property if your coming to Cooperstown.

Peaceful

Super cute and much bigger than it looks in pics. The main living areas are updated and very modern. Full laundry room with washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Also had a gas grill right outside. Laundry soap, paper towels and all necessary supplies available. Hiking trails right out of the back door. Best part was the location which was a quiet 15 minute country drive to Cooperstown or Cooperstown Dreams Park. While friends were complaining about kids up all night in their hotels or town rentals, we enjoyed lots of peace and quiet and a great nights sleep. The grounds of this property are gorgeous and very well maintained.
