Unwind in the private hot tub after a day exploring the Smokies, or gather for friendly competition in the game room featuring a foosball table, ping pong, and pool table. Outside, you’ll find a backyard with seating and a BBQ grill—perfect for casual cookouts. Inside, Bedroom 1 includes a cozy electric fireplace and smart TV. Thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades, a high chair, and a pack ’n play make travel with little ones simpler. A laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi help you stay connected, and an in-home washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the shared driveway on the upper left side in front of the garage.

• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.

• Exterior security camera: 1 camera is located on the corner of the house overlooking the driveway. It monitors exterior areas only.

• Sister unit: This home is a sister unit to Magnolia Hollow B. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups can book both units together under “Magnolia Hollow.”

• Washer/dryer: Available for guest use.

• WiFi/cell service: Due to our mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
