Retreat to either one of the bedrooms for a rejuvenating night. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Perfect for temporary office space.

This house has absolutely everything you will require for your stay - TVs, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, 8-person dining table; Washer, dryer, iron. Pillowtop mattresses and luxury bedding, towels, etc. After dinner have a glass of tea and sit on the back porch while the kids play in the backyard or watch the neighbor’s goats entertain the family. Bonus: it gives parents many photo-worthy moments of their stay.
Listening to the church bells is phenomenal, they ring for 60 seconds every hour (9 a.m.-6 p.m.).

You’ll have the entire house to yourself and will only share it with those you’re traveling with.

-Absolutely NO Parties of any kind allowed. There will be an additional $500 fee for party and additional charges for damages.

-No Smoking allowed inside of house. There will be an additional $200 fee if smoking inside.

-This is a residence for a maximum of 10 people.
There is an additional fee of $15/person above 10 people. REQUEST ONLY -Air mattresses provided for additional quests.

-Do Not Disconnect Electronic Devices – cable (Dish), WIFI (Hughesnet), surveillance cameras (front and back doors), smoke detectors.
If disconnected, you MUST pay reconnection cost.
