Stylish renovated 2BR poolvilla, close to Seminyak

Beautiful and stylishly decorated house that we just completed a new full renovation in October 2021. The beautiful pool gets plenty of sun, and you will love the unique neon lighting features in the evening. Set in a perfect quiet area in the neighborhood of Umalas, it’s just 1km to some of Bali’s best dining and bars. The famous Nook restaurant is only 600m away, Da Maria, Barbacoa, Métis, Sardine are 1km and Batu Belig Beach and the new Mari Beach Club are just 2.5km away.
The space
This cosy home is at the very quiet end of the street and down a quite laneway with a real "local village" feeling with ricefields around us and no tourists to be seen and very little noise to be heard from neighbors. Both bedrooms have new top quality AC and comfortable mattress, pillow & bedding with blackout curtains. Each large bathroom has an adjoining walk-in wardrobe and there’s a large safety box for your valuables which can fit several laptops and devices. Daily cleaning, drinking water, electricity is all included in the price, there’s no extra expenses to pay. The WiFi is reliable and fast getting speeds up to 100mbps. There is a ‘smart TV’ that connects to the WiFi so you can watch Netflix or YouTube etc and that’s located in an enclosed living room with a sofa and AC. We do not have a washing machine but the housekeeper can take your clothing to a nearby laundry for washing and ironing which is inexpensive. The villa rates are based on a maximum of 4 adults but for an additional IDR 200,000 per night we can set up an extra Single Bed in the study but you must inform us one day before checkin if you'd like this.

Other things to note
Either Ayu or her husband Agus the housekeeper work approximately 11am to clean for a couple of hours, each day except for Sunday. The pool man Doni comes two mornings per week.
