The Space:

Looking for a space that feels effortlessly comfortable, stylish, and truly set up for real life? This Sunnyside stunner delivers all that and more, whether you're traveling solo, with family, or meeting up with friends.



Originally a cozy 1950s bungalow, this home has been thoughtfully expanded and fully upgraded, now boasting three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite upstairs with a private balcony and hammock, a spa-worthy en suite bath with soaking tub, and a massive walk-in closet. Down the hall, you’ll find two colorful bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, both with their own attached bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to have their own space.



The open-concept living space is made for connection: accordion patio doors open wide to bring the outdoors in, creating a seamless flow from the stylish living room (with gas fireplace and smart TV) to the private, grassy backyard, complete with a covered patio, fire pit, and total chill vibes.



Love to cook? The upgraded kitchen is a dream, and the dedicated work area with desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair means you can sneak in a Zoom call before heading out. Traveling with kids? We’ve got your back: there’s a children’s play area, high chair, baby gate, kids’ dishes, and even a Pack 'n Play, so you can pack light and relax more.
