Colorado Sparkler softball tournament

This house was the most immaculate place we have ever stayed. We had everything we needed and was so close to so many places. The neighborhood was peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this lovely, clean home! It is in a beautiful neighborhood where we walked every morning. The town of Arvada is great and we loved Golden, Red Rocks and Breckinridge. It was a wonderful experience!

A beautiful place to retreat from life for a bit. Good place to get your prioritys in life refocused! The back yard is like a peace garden. Very nice oasis to give you a break!

Wonderful experience

Our stay was wonderful. Matt and Osmirelly were so accommodating with a couple of requests we had. Their home had all of the special touches that made us feel like we were in our own home. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely stay in their Arvada home again.

Vacation

The neighborhood is a nice quiet community. The location is central to everything we needed. We love doing our shopping in Denver and our sightseeing in Boulder. The house was clean and had comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful home in great location

The house is lovely, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and outdoor dining area. The fenced in yard was great for the grandkids and dog. The owners have provided every convenience. The location is close to all the attractions in the Denver area.

Home was clean and well appointed. Communication with host was excellent. Very prompt replies with any questions or concerns. We were in town to gather with family to memorize my older brother, who passed a few months ago. The only negative regarding our stay was that we were charged an extra 250 for having some other family join us for a few hours one afternoon. That being said, we did appreciate the fact that the host made an exception in letting us have the gathering, which exceeded the number of people allowed in the house.

Had a catered lunch and it was a lovely day so we could be outside.

Display at CO School of Mines commemorating my brother.

I made 10 display boards using pictures and narrative sharing my brother’s story. Everyone enjoyed looking at the photos and reading about his life.

Property was convenient not only to our son, but for getting around to where we wanted to go. House is exceptionally clean, well appointed and we appreciated being able to use the garage. We traveled with our pet and they had dig dishes and a dog bed put out. Very thoughtful. Owners were very available and great to work with.

Arvada stay

This property was perfect. Was in the area with my dog for his appt. at a specialty clinic. My son drove in from college to stay over the weekend. Spacious house - very homey. Wonderful/peaceful backyard. The house was very clean and had very comfortable beds and furniture. Neighborhood was very nice and located conveniently for everything we needed. Easy communication with property owner. Will definitely try to stay here when in this area again.
