Bienvenue au Bayou Get-a-way!

Idéal pour les familles qui souhaitent s'éloigner de la vie quotidienne tout en profitant du confort de la vie familiale.

3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison. La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes. Draps sur tous les lits et draps de rechange dans le placard. 2 chambres ont des lits queen, une commode et un placard. 1 chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés, une commode et un placard. Serviettes, débarbouillettes et essuie-mains dans les deux salles de bain (beaucoup de serviettes!)

Les salles de bain sont de taille normale avec baignoire / douche, toilettes, lavabo / vanitĂ© et placard. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse dans le placard du hall (pleine grandeur). Lave-vaisselle pleine grandeur, cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et micro-ondes dans la cuisine. Ainsi que des assiettes, tasses, bols, argenterie et casseroles et poĂȘles. 4 chaises et une table complĂštent la cuisine. Le bar comprend 4 tabourets de bar.

Le salon est spacieux avec 2 canapés (dont un avec un grand lit) et une télévision de 36 pouces. Cùble et WiFi.

Porche a une table et des chaises. L'espace extérieur sous la maison comprend un bar, une télévision et une table et des chaises. Pit BBQ. Parfait pour se divertir! Vaste parking. L'escapade parfaite!



Apportez votre bateau ou vos jet-skis!
Rampe de mise à l'eau et quai sur la propriété. La rampe peut accueillir jusqu'à un bateau de 40 pieds. 8-10 min au ralenti sur la riviÚre Jourdan. Environ 30 minutes de Ship Island. La rampe de mise à l'eau publique est juste à cÎté.

Vaste parking. Beaucoup Ă  faire dans les environs. Casinos, plage, golf, parc aquatique, shopping et bien plus encore! C'est l'escapade parfaite!

This was a perfect stay for 6-8 people, maybe more if you have children that will pile into bunk beds. We loved being right on the water, and the neighborhood was very welcoming!We would choose this host again if we come back to Diamondhead!!

Perfect Get Away

This property is in a great location. Easy and quick boat ride to anywhere in the bay. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. The owners were super nice. Would love to come back next year.

My husband and I love to fish and were coming to Bay St. Louis for a wedding so we decided to stay a few days on the water. Excellent communication, location and space for our needs. Literally, just a 5 minute ride to Bayou Lacroix and then another two minutes to the Jordan River. The home had all kitchen and bath supplies as needed. No children were with us but I did see plenty of board games to use. Quiet canal which was nice. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect overnight place for my family of 8 adults in Bay St. Louis during our Deep South road trip. The property was exactly as advertised, and we all had a great time. We stayed overnight after leaving New Orleans and visiting the Stennis Space Center. We were minutes away from St. Rose de Lima Church and it's famous choir and the 100 Men DBA Hall. It was a short drive to Biloxi to experience the shrimping boat and Beauvoir. I would certainly stay here again.

Family fun

This rental is perfect for a large family who loves to fish and have fun in the sun. It is located to grest shopping, restaurants, water activities. This house is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen needs, and space. We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this spacious clean house. I would highly recommend it to anyone and hope to come back.

Ok for price

Host has 3pm check in on the listing but day of sent a message outlining a very strict 4pm check in time. We came from out of town and had planned for the 3pm check in so it threw off our schedule. Front door does not seal when closed so we had a few issues with tiny bugs and some mosquitoes. Close to the beach and has all the usual things youd expect from a rental. House sways a bit when people walk through the halls whoch was a little weird to feel.

Four Generations

At 8:15 AM every morning they came - the ducks! This made it quiet easy to get the kids out of bed to begin our day. Fun, clean, quiet, and conveniently located house (central to everything!) served as a GREAT consolidated vacation spot to get together under one roof - Grandma-grandma, grams, adult children, and the grandkids. Just needed more closet hangers. . .

WE SURE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT BAYOU GET-AWAY THIS FEB. IT IS JUST WHAT THE SNOW BIRDS FROM NORTHERN MICHIGAN NEEDED FOR A WARM UP. EVERY ONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE IN THE WHOLE AREA. WE GOT TO SEE A FEW MARDI GRAS PARADES ( FIRST FOR ALL OF US ) IT RAINS DOWN HERE HARDER THAN ANY SNOW STORM WE HAVE LOL . THE COTTAGE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. LOTS OF ROOM IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT PLACE WITH A CANAL TO FISH IN WE WILL BE BACK THE KRUEGERS, KRUEGERS, AND GIVENS MACKINAW CITY MICHIGAN

Broken chairs

This is our third visit to the property although we often stay at other places in Bay St Louis/Waveland. We reported two broken dining room chairs but nothing was done about it. We had to use lawn chairs to eat our meals. Also our stay was during February/March. The four bunk beds had NO blankets. Since we know the house is not particularly well-furnished, we luckily brought sleeping bags, so we didn't have to sleep with the heat turned up high.

The house

When we arrived we didn’t have the code to get in the house. For some strange reason the door was left half way shut. The cleaning could have been better. I think the owner needs to visit and do a walk through and update a few things. The outside grill is broken couldn’t grill as plan. So yea we made the best of our weekend but definitely didn’t go as planned.

Engagement weekend

The house was very clean. It was in need of updating. The house was lacking in cooking supplies and bath clothes. We had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 people. The dining chairs had broken legs. The lamps had no stems to turn them on. The door didn’t close or open good. Also one of the members of our party were looking to buy a place in the area. The place across the bayou was for sale so we went across to check the place out. The place had cameras on every corner but since he was looking for a place he never thought that checking the place out would offend the owner to the point that he told him through the camera system that he needed to call the number on the sign and get off the property. RUDE!! Is all I can say. And come to find out the place we were staying in was his too!! I will never rent from this owner again!!

Ok for a small older house

House was not ready for check in at 4 but we were offered a later checkout. the "private boat launch on the property" was not private and apparently was offered to other houses to use so there was no where to park the boat when on the trailer. The exterior door doesn't close properly, the toilet was wobbly, the sink was cracked, the house shook way more than normal for a short camp when you walked. Bed made noise every time you shifted, and the mattresses are all uncomfortable. House was clean, couches are nice, place just needs some work.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We bought this house after Hurricane Katrina. It was completely gutted down to stud walls and completely remodeled. Recently we decided to put the home up for rent so others would have the opportunity to enjoy the area as much as we do.

We have always enjoyed being on the water. When we discovered Bay St. Louis in the summer of July 1998 we knew this was going to be where we spent our summers with our boys (back then ages 5 and 2) now ages 20 & 17.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love to fish, whether its on the river or in the gulf. We also enjoy our time hanging out up the river on the sand bars where we meet great people. Also sitting outside in the morning and enjoying the quietness and breeze on the porch is such a luxury!
