Inside the Studio
Your spacious, one-room haven features a private entrance, modern bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a queen bed with smart TV. The open kitchen includes a small dining nook, while the cozy living space is ideal for reading, writing, or enjoying the music of the moment.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy an indoor-outdoor dining area, propane grill, and fire pit (firewood stored in the greenhouse — chopping required). While the glass greenhouse is locked for safety, it adds a unique charm to the garden views.

From time to time, you may see landscaping staff or the owner’s family (such as the owner`s mum) on the property grounds. They will always remain outside the home, and the rented house is for your private use only.

HOUSE RULES:
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
