Summary:
Situated just off GA 369, in Forsyth County on an acre of land, this secluded property offers its visitors the balance of access to the bustling life of downtown Atl while providing a calm and tranquil space to retreat to at the end of the night. Wake up in the mornings to cows and donkeys in the pasture across the street, and possible visits from the chickens next door. This property provides a lot of privacy from surrounding homes.
The Space:
The primary suite features two large windows on both sides of the bed, a two level “tray” ceiling, a ceiling fan that functions with a light switch, an outlet with direct USB plug-in, and an amazingly comfortable latex foam mattress with a pillow top. The room features some luxe upgrades such as faux animal fur rug, velvet hangers, and coordinating glass coasters. It also has a desk and an attached private bathroom as well as a lot of open space.
The primary bathroom is minimally decorated, and has an overall farmhouse spa feel. It has an outlet for direct USB plug-in, a bathtub and shower, a double sink vanity, as well as q-tips and cotton balls, and lint roller for guests to utilize. The shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Black and white bedroom (notated by comforter colors), located at the beginning of the hallway on the right, features a big window with direct views of the cows and donkeys outside. It has a built-in closet with velvet hangers, and a hanging cubes to hold shoes or other folded garments. It also has an outlet with direct USB plug-in and a stand up oscillating fan. The mattress is a hybrid mattress that the guests seem to rave about and will have you feeling snug as a bug.
The beige bedroom, at the end of the hall on the right, features a big window with direct views of the huge green grasses yard, and the cows and donkeys in the pasture across the street. It has a built-in closet with velvet hangers, a dresser for your clothing, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. It also has an outlet with direct USB plug-in. The mattress is a memory foam mattress that the guests seem to rave about and will have you feeling snug as a bug.
The hallway bath is shared between the beige and black and white rooms and is located at the end of the hall. It features stone flooring, and has an overall farmhouse spa feel. It has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as q-tips, cotton balls, and hand lotion.
Many guests have said that “tranquil” really hits the nail on the head with this location. You will sleep well, feel right at home, and be welcomed by a hospitable host.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very peaceful with homes on large lots. The neighbors across the one lane gravel road have cows and donkeys in the pasture, which you can see from your room. The neighbors next door have chickens which like to visit the property on occasion also. The host is an avid gardener so if you visit during the warmer months, you’ll be able to enjoy all the flowers surrounding the home.
Getting Around:
Getting around the neighborhood is simple, as the road the house is on is a straight-stretch and connects to the main road twice (to create a circle).
Other Things to Note:
As with most outdoor environments in Georgia, insects may be present at times, especially in warmer months.
To help maintain the quality and comfort of the home for all guests, the following may result in additional charges if applicable:
• Excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover
• Unapproved late checkout or early check-in
• Smoking inside the home
• Damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items
• Pet-related damage or undisclosed pets
• Excessive markings or damage to walls
• Plumbing issues caused by improper use (including food in drains or non-flushable items in toilets due to septic system)
• Items left behind after checkout that require retrieval, storage, or return (an administrative/handling fee may apply)
