Grande piscine familiale Accueil 2. 5 miles à Disney avec 3 lits King !!!

Maison avec piscine magnifiquement améliorée, parfaite pour 2-3 familles. Cette maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains a trois chambres principales cal-king, dont deux avec salle de bains. Le maître restant partage une salle de bain couloir avec deux chambres d'enfants avec lits superposés complets. Les chambres d'enfants disposent toutes deux d'un canapé-lit à bascule. Toutes les chambres ont 43 'TV plasma avec câble.

La maison a des planchers de tuiles et de bois franc partout sauf pour deux chambres principales qui ont un tapis amélioré. La salle familiale, située juste à côté de l'entrée, a un grand canapé sectionnel et une tanière avec un canapé-lit gigogne et un téléviseur de 43 pi. Hors de la salle familiale est une spacieuse cuisine à aire ouverte avec salle à manger donnant sur la piscine. La salle à manger peut accueillir dix personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine. Un curseur de verre hors de la cuisine et de la salle à manger vous emmène dans la cour arrière qui a une belle piscine, un barbecue extérieur au gaz naturel, un ensemble de patio et des chaises supplémentaires.

La salle de jeux est dans le garage avec Ping Pong, Air Hockey et jouets. Il y a des poussettes, une chaise haute, un pack n play et des chaises d'appoint pour les invités ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Matelas pneumatique queen-size disponible dans la maison pour une literie supplémentaire. Salon principal a 60 'TV plasma avec lecteur DVD. La maison dispose d'un accès Internet sans fil haut débit et d'un service téléphonique national gratuit. Tous les meubles et meubles sont neufs depuis mai 2013. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur, regardez les feux d'artifice de Disneyland depuis les cours avant / arrière.

Great location beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and a great location. The kids loved the pool and we were minutes from the disney parks. We had a wonderful time and a great vacation.

Property was in a really convenient location for us, the pool heater did not come on until two day later, not sure if the pool service people stopped by to look at it but is was not working when we got there, other then that property was good.

Overall the property worked well for our family for a long weekend. Neighborhood was overall nice and quite, other than some load construction work and music on Saturday. Description is pretty accurate. Beds and pillows are ok. Lots of TVs, lots of rooms and beds, and pretty well equipped. The back door alarms for the pool are annoying! Don't work very well, maybe need replaced! The only off-putting thing about the area (Anaheim/Property Management Co), more so the property itself, is the insane rules and regulations. Seems overwhelming and cumbersome for a 4-night stay. I almost didn't stay here because of it. The contract makes you feel like you've done something wrong before you've even made it to house! But again, I don't think it's the owner's fault. I would consider staying again...

Sweet little spot, short drive to Disneyland

Had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and more importantly plenty of bathrooms. The game room was popular as well.

Family stay

Location is great for many activities in Orange County. We were in the area visiting family & some members of our group found it a great location for visiting Disneyland. Furnishings in house are very dated. Matresses in masters 1& 2 need replaced as noted by previous renters.

Family vacation

Overall the place felt very cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms was one of the reasons why we chose this place. The pool and the game room were a plus for our stay. Also, Disneyland is so close.

We did enjoy the pool and the large dining and seating areas. It was a good location for nearby restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice and the towels were plentiful. On arrival the house had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. The property manager responded to our concerns and sent in ionizing cleaning machines, but those did not do enough to get rid of the smoke, which triggered an asthmatic reaction by one of the family. The sliding doors to the pool were supposed to have bypass switches up high on both sides to prevent a siren from going off when the door is opened. One set had no such devices, and on the other set the outside switch was broken. That meant every time we opened the door from outside, the siren went off. The air conditioning was loud. There are a lot of posted rules and warnings of fines for noncompliance (such as using the disposal). The icemaker is broken. The house is showing its age in cabinetry and fittings. The trash had not been picked up and the bin was totally full, so we could not take our trash out.

Great Property & Location

We loved this house. The rules were fairly strict due to community level crackdowns on rentals, but the rules were very well communicated and expectations were clear. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Disneyland house

Thank you so much, we all had an amazing time!! The house was perfect. The kids had fun in the game room , actually us adults had just as much fun!! Late night swim! Lots of towels and everything you need to enjoy your stay and do close to Disneyland d!! Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing property 5 mins from Disney or Knotts

For a family of 9 this house was perfect. Rideshares to parks made it so convenient. And the pool, pool table, and ping pong table were family favorites.
