Thinking about tiny living? This brand new FR Campsite Reserve has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is upstairs and comes complete with TV and fireplace. Second bedroom is on main level with queen size bed. Bathroom includes sink and toilet area with full shower and seat. Sunflower Cottage is located in Arbor Terrace Resort with additional amenities like heated swimming pool, laundry and restrooms with showers. Bradenton area offers entertainment and adventure for the whole family!

stayed here while visiting family in Bradenton for the holidays, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated even better than the photos. Leah was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free.The location was ideal, it was quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches throughout the home made it feel so warm and inviting.I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely book again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible host! We communictaed several times before our visit. We had car trouble on our drive down, so wound up coming into town after dark-her PM talked us right to our property when we got turned around and called her. PM's family helped us with any questions and came immediately if we had questions. The RV was exactly as pictured! Beautiful! Very clean!The pool at the property was very nice, but we preferred the nearby beaches. Laundry on property is a great plus. GREAT VISIT!
Short hop to riding horses in the water. Then explore Anna Maria Island while you're there!

The property was a well kept RV/ Mobile home park. The location of the rental was close to the public bath house and pool. The park is pet friendly and has a small pet area for off leash. The RV was in great shape and everything worked fine. We did not use the small washer/dryer combo or dishwasher. The unit has limited storage for clothes and personal belongings. It also is pretty small, like a tiny house. The RV was very clean and any questions or help that we needed were addressed right away. We would definitely rent again except we bought a place while we were there. Oh and the park felt safe.

I chose this area because I already had family there that can help me as well as provide immediate assistance for guests. My family loves the beach and you will be surrounded by the beauty of Florida! You have several beaches and parks to chose from, from family friendly to adult friendly.
Besides beaches, the kids (or all!) can enjoy swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling with the Manatees or touring the Bishop Museum in downtown Bradenton. This only touches on the many activities and adventures in Bradenton and South Florida and why I chose the area.

I'm not sure there is a uniqueness to the RV. It's like living in a tiny home and it will help you decide if small is for you. It is a 2025 Forest River Campsite Reserve. There is a loft as well as bedroom downstairs. There is a porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is a grill provided and a pop-up gazebo for campsite and an outside seating area for 9.
