The kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, and a Thor 6-burner stove top. Dine in the stunning dining room, with seating for 6 or enjoy the patio for alfresco meals. Take advantage of the dedicated office with desk & chair, enjoy reading your favorite book in the library or entertain yourself with three LG Smart TVs featuring 55" and two 45" screens, respectively. You'll find an LG washer and dryer available for your convenience. The property is private and centrally located and you will have dedicated driveway parking. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Unwind in the backyard and enjoy outdoor dining and seating options.
Located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood, this house is conveniently situated near Cedars-Sinai, Runyon Canyon, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Greek Theatre. âą All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
âą Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
âą You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/ÂŁ500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee.
âą As of May 2025, the cleaning fee ($600/mid-stay & checkout cleanings) is included in reservation total. Any stays over initial 30-day period will require bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform.
âą Pet fee ($10 /night) is an additional charge
âą Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
âą Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
