The space was very clean and the layout was perfect for our family. Having your own garage was super nice. Having that option made it very convenient and was nice to not have to find parking on the street. In a central location making it pretty easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Overall our stay was great and made our trip stress free.

Pros: Great location, reasonable price.Things that would make this a better place to stay: Gate remote did not work (and response to help get it fixed was not helpful) and street parking was more challenging than anticipated. Creaky, uncomfortable beds and strange layout in the main room.

Great location and wonderful property!!

Everything was as advertised! There are 3 BR's with private baths which was very convenient. The property was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had everything needed for a small group or family stay!

Efficient Little Oasis

We enjoyed the ease and functionality of the place. The place was as advertised and it was cozy and clean. It really helped to be located close to Paramount Studios for me to make my business meetings.Overall efficient and nice comfortable house and location!

This property was such a gem! It’s beautifully kept, super clean, and truly felt like a little sanctuary—exactly what I needed after surgery. I had a smooth, peaceful recovery here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest and heal.The owner is an absolute rockstar—quick to respond, kind, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Everything went so smoothly—I had zero issues during my stay, which says a lot.I’ll absolutely be staying here again on my next trip back to LA. Art house stay in LA was better than OK.

Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure.

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable

I am a single mom who was having procedures done at Cedar Sinai. This was a great place to stay with my teen daughters. We felt very comfy, safe and it was nice and clean. We loved that we could pull into the garage and access the house from the garage. The beds were comfy, tvs in every room and great Wi-Fi. We would definitely stay here again!
