With ceiling fans in every room, heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable year-round. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Our terrific place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Los Angeles. 420 friendly.

Located in the Inglewood area, this home is a quick drive from LAX, downtown LA, Culver City, Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, Manhattan Beach and Korea Town. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, with many fun activities nearby such as SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, YouTube Theater & The Forum. LA's new K metro line has a stop only 15 minutes walking from the house, providing low cost access to the airport, DTLA and Santa Monica.
âąInside the home, you'll find a delightfully curated art & rug collection. Enjoy a state of the art kitchen, good lighting, heat/ac, smart TV, fast wifi & laundry.
âąThe home is an open-floor plan, 1250 square foot 2 bed, one bathroom home that turned 100 this year. Just about everything in the home has been updated over the last five years with modern amenities. The front yard is a tropical oasis down to the hammock under the palm trees, and a lime tree bursting with fruit ready to make fresh lemonade or margaritas!
âąGuests can use any part of the home as the entire home will be privately rented. The front yard is private for tenants. Also the side yard & BBQ space. The driveway has two spots privately for the house. There is a separate guest house unit in the back, that is a private space for those tenants.
âąWe use solar panels, low flow water, compost & green products.
âąWeekly cleaning & monthly yard service included.
âąThis property is also our family's home part of the year. We will be very selective in who we rent to and put a lot of love into our nest. It is important that our tenants have the same respect and love we do for both our home, the property, other tenant and our neighbors.
âąFirm NO PETS policy, we appreciate your understanding.
âąNo guests under 12 years old without owner approval please.
