DĂ©tendez-vous dans ce bungalow de 1941 avec un Ă©tang de Koi et un jardin luxuriant. Évadez-vous de l'agitation dans cette retraite d'artiste, proche de tout Hollywood, mais sans le drame. À 10 minutes en voiture des studios Universal, Disney Studios et Warner Brothers Studio et Ă  20 minutes de Magic Mountain. Fermer l'accĂšs autoroutier Ă  Hollywood et au centre-ville de LA. Les lignes de bus juste autour du coin et la ligne de bus de mĂ©tro et de mĂ©tro Ă  quelques minutes. This home was the perfect retreat for us. Centrally located, it was inviting, equipped with everything needed, and impeccably yet eclectically furnished. The outdoor space was nothing short of magical. The hosts were kind and responsive, parking was never an issue. Quiet neighborhood. We could not have asked for more. A definite 5 star retreat.

Just ok

The house is fine. Somewhat outdated. No rugs anywhere in the home, so a little loud and less cozy because of it.The home has a fireplace as noted on the listing but you can’t use it.. The shower is very small and not much hot water hence no back to back showers. The kitchen is the best part of the house and the backyard is nice if not a little overgrown. Note that the gardener comes early in the morning.We did however, have sounds coming from the crawlspace which we determined were nesting rats. Disturbed our sleep not to mention our comfort. There are many options in LA for accommodation. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Charming home

I booked this home for a weekend for extended family. Booking was very smooth with easy instructions for access and parking. The home is in a treelined neighborhood and near a large shopping complex and freeway. Charming home. Thank you.

Great little Gem in North Hollywood

We loved staying at Layna and David's home. It's a very unique, decorated, older fashioned home with the wood and tile floors. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Great neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Large refrigerator, gas O'Keefe and Merritt stove which I loved cooking on. Very comfortable beds, large sofa and chairs. Beautiful back yard oasis! I would stay here again if I was needing to be in the area. The comfort of the home makes you feel right at home as if it were your own. Highly recommended if you're in the area. A+++++

Great Place to Stay

A great fit

I have to start by saying that Layna and David seem like very delightful people. They were easy to work with and generous. The house was very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was larger than we'd expected and was perfect for nice weather. It is well fenced and we were happy the dogs had an interesting space to explore between naps. In addition to the Koi pond, the back yard has a large BBQ and table, and we enjoyed a warm summer night dinner with our nephew and his partner. This was our first VRBO stay and a great fit for us.

Fabulous place in NOHO!

Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay! The backyard is like an oasis, and the coi pond is very relaxing. The hosts, David and Layna were very easy to contact and responded quickly.

Wonderful home centrally located!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything is clean and comfortable. There are so many little touches to make the stay great. We loved the koi pond and spent most of our time in the backyard, enjoying the beautiful foliage and breeze. Thank you for having us!

Bright and Cheerful

We came down for a 50th birthday party for a friend, and saw this listing on VRBO. The photos made this place look like a magical home and we jumped on it. We were not disappointed. House is cozy and the backyard is amazing. Love the home decor and we totally saw some Morocco photos that we recognized from a trip we took there ourselves. Hated to leave, and will definitely look to utilize this home if we come back to the area. The owners were very good about communicating, and check in and check out were easy and painless. Awesome experience. :)

A home with everything you could need !

Boho spring break

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous! Kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds! The host is lovely and would answer all questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
