Our home has been fully renovated with comfort and convenience in mind. With 4 cozy bedrooms, a fun game room, and a dedicated office space, it’s a great fit for families and friend groups visiting our beautiful city or nearby Tybee Beach! The house can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

We’ve stocked the house with everything you’ll need to feel right at home—fresh linens, fully updated appliances, and all the basics. The fenced-in backyard is a guest favorite, with a small deck, BBQ grill, and log fire-pit perfect for relaxing evenings.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS AND HOUSE RULES:

We love sharing our home and want everyone to have a wonderful stay. To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask:

Bookings only from verified users with positive host reviews

Primary renter must be 25+

Maximum 10 guests

No parties, events, or large gatherings

Security: Ring cameras at the front of the home

DEPOSIT AND POLICIES:

Damage Deposit: Guests without prior positive reviews must provide a refundable $500 deposit. It’s returned right after checkout once our cleaners confirm everything is in good shape.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside or within 50 feet of the home. If detected, a $300 cleaning fee (or deposit forfeiture) will apply.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is Firm.

SAFETY NOTES:

Please note, the home is not baby-proofed (no outlet covers, secured furniture, or safety locks).

A crib or pack-and-play is not provided—please bring your own if needed.

Parents/guardians are responsible for children’s safety at all times.

CHECK-IN AND ACCESS:

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. (to give our team time to prepare for the next guests)

Early check-in/late check-out may be possible depending on bookings

You’ll receive self-check-in details and your key code through VRBO messenger before your arrival
