Kids loved the basketball hoop in the back and we all slept great on the beds. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood-we enjoyed a walk and found a really cute park with a pond not far away. Definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway close to SCAD and Georgia Tech. House was clean, decor was so warm and welcoming, and neighborhood was safe. Take a walk throughout the neighborhood- people were so nice!

We have two small kids so I appreciated how enclosed the neighborhood was. The house is located near a dead end so that made it easier to get in and out with the kids. The house was clean and we loved the location

Location is excellent! Driveway is not kind to cars with a low front. Bathroom should have been cleaner. I had to buy products to remove mold, clean tub and sink drain. TV was problematic. I do not have the time or inclination to contact anyone about these things, that should not have to be addressed, while on holiday.

After receiving your review, we reinspected the bathroom, performed an additional deep cleaning, and did not find any mold, but we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We've also confirmed that the TV is functioning properly and are looking into ways to improve the driveway for vehicles with lower ground clearance. We value all guest feedback and are committed to continuously improving the experience we provide.

We were in town for a World Cup game and this location was perfect. We chose to drive to the game and the traffic was not bad at all. Our 2 teen boys appreciate their own bedrooms when we travel so the set up was great. The host was great and even hand delivered something we needed.

Or price was pretty high (300 per night) but we attributed it to the world cup competition. The house and neighborhood are quiet and pleasant, not in student housing. We were 8 minutes from Midtown. Three big bedrooms, big kitchen, nice living room. Easy parking. Grocery store is a short and easy distance. Highly recommend.

Easy location to downtown and midtown. This is a very basic house with very little seating in the living room. The kitchen chairs are not comfortable enough to use for seating. The king beds are comfortable but the queen is not at all. This was comfortable enough for 1-2 nights but I would not want to stay longer.
