Historic 1780 Farmhouse near the Sea: Sleeps 8-9

Gather with loved ones in this charming 1780 Colonial just a mile from the beach. With 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, open living areas, a cozy sunroom, large deck, and one-acre yard, it's perfect for families.

Enjoy games outside, relax by the built-ins, or watch horses next door.

Please note: the home is historic and shows its age. Shared driveway and host use of the back building. Dogs may be heard but stay fenced off in the host’s area.This is a 1780 home—full of character and history, but not newly renovated. Guests who appreciate vintage charm over modern polish will feel right at home.

The sunroom includes a bed setup that can accommodate an additional guest if needed. Bedding is available in the room.

While infants and toddlers are welcome, please note the house does not include accessories for small children (i.e. high chairs, pack n' play) or child safety locks/features on cabinets, etc.

While pets are not allowed in the guest area, the rental is not suitable for those with severe dog allergies. While no pets are present during guest stays, dogs do live in the home when not rented.

The detached building in the back of the property is a multi-use space used by the hosts. Please note designated parking areas off the shared driveway and designated private areas around the back building.

The host’s dogs are in the private yard and may be heard, but they are contained with an electric fence and will not enter guest areas.
