Great location. Unit was nice but the building itself is a little rough. Parking is available right next to the building but it's not included. You also can't park there overnight so i don't recommend parking there at all. We had already paid so we moved it before midnight down the street. Would consider staying there again if the price was right.

The location was perfect. Great view. Lots of activity within walking distance. Enjoyed watching the action since we overlooked the Port of Cleveland. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Definitely a repeat.

This was the perfect spot for friends going to the Browns Game. Loft was spacious, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the balcony and firepit area. Within walking distance to the casino, the flats, and Browns stadium. Marina was quick to respond and super helpful.

Absolutely the worst stay imaginable!!! Do NOT book this place! This listing is a complete scam. I had to drag my luggage up to the third floor through disgustingly filthy, dark, and unsafe hallways with a horrible smell everywhere. The place is beyond dirty, unsafe, and nothing like what is advertised. They claim there’s “parking on premises” that’s a lie. It’s actually an abandoned paid parking lot, filled with broken cars, tickets on windshields, and clearly unsafe conditions. The neighborhood itself feels dangerous, especially at night. The house was revolting: mold all over the bathroom, terrible odors throughout, stained and filthy furniture, and zero sense of cleanliness or safety. It was so bad that if I hadn’t arrived close to midnight, I would have left immediately to find another place. I paid more than nearby hotels, and honestly, this dump isn’t worth even $50 a night. To call this “luxury and modern” is not just misleading, it’s outright fraudulent. Even a Motel 6 would be a thousand times better. If you have even a single piece of luggage, or the slightest sensitivity to dirt, mold, or unsafe environments, stay far away. I feel completely betrayed and misled. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. Avoid this listing at all costs! it is unsafe, filthy, and a disgrace!

We went to Cleveland to see Eric clapton concert at the Arena. Just staying Thursday night. Not a fan of boring typical hotel rooms. Found this place w a terrace which made the decision. Modern apt. large living area with combo kitchen area. Fridge, (great for restaurant leftovers) toaster,coffee maker,snacks, coffee, dishes etc. Bedroom is upstairs in a loft w walk in closet storage. Extra blankets, iron and board, full length mirror. Separate bathroom in loft. ( if you have trouble w stairs this may not be for you) soap, toothpaste. The owner thought of everything. when we arrived we walked to an Italian restaurant for lunch. There is a parking lot next to the apt seems unattended. We paid and kept it there overnight. though sign says the opposite. Drove to Juneberry restaurant for breakfast but is not opened. Went to Double Nickle restaurant for breakfast. recommend. Ubered 5 to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. 40 pp. you are timed but it’s not enforced. We stayed longer. Really didn’t care about going, figured we were here might as well go. But I was impressed. It was cool. I liked the SNL room. We walked back to restaurant where we parked. 15 min walk. Thank you for all your details, it makes a difference.
