Located 3 doors down from Legendary Christmas Story House . Unit is fully renovated with high end finishes to accommodate up to 4 Guests. Located in a duplex. This is downstairs unit and has private entrance. Open floor full kitchen with granite countertop, full set of stainless steel appliances, dinning room, living room and2 bedrooms. 9 minute to Quicken Loans, 11 min to FirstEnergy Stadium and Huntington Convention Center, 15 minutes to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, 13 min to Cleveland Clinic.
Newly remodeled with high end finishes 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment in trendy Tremont is available for rent. Unit is located 3 doors down from famous museum "Christmas Story House". Less when 1 mile from Metro Heath and Steel Yard Commons (Restaurants and Shopping). 3 minutes from downtown, Cleveland State University and Ohio City. 10 minutes to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Case Western Reserve University and University Circle.

Nice place to stay. Convenience within a 15-20 minute drive for sight seeing. Christmas house, museum and gift shop are right there. Even with that it is very quiet.

This house checked all the boxes: close to the airport (less than 20 minutes)close to Cuyahoga NP (less than 30 minutes)close to downtown (about 10 minutes)close to the Christmas Story House (less than 100 feet!)The property is clean, bed is comfy, neighbors are quiet. Easy on-street parking. Host was easy to contact and quick to reply.There are good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment only has one bathroom - might be a little inconvenient with more than 2 people.This first-time visit to Cleveland won't be our last nd we'd gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Didn’t spend a ton of time at the property because we were in town to hike at Cuyahoga National Park, but it was very clean and cozy! Spacious, updated, and conveniently located, too. Plenty of places in walking distance, and most popular destinations in the city are within 10-15 min drive!

Loved it!

We fell in love with this neighborhood. The property made me want to dump my three-story house and live in a one-floor dwelling. The location was perfect for visiting the city (Rock Hall), and there was plenty to investigate in the surrounding area. Rowley's Inn is right down the street. The food was delicious! We didn't go specifically for the Christmas Story House, but we stopped in the gift shop and got the whole history of the house being purchased and made into a tourist destination. We will be back!

Stay at Nice Apartment next to Christmas Story House

This place was great! The apartment is super clean and comfy. There is 1 huge bedroom and a smaller 1, both with very comfortable beds and linens. I was here with my daughter for some testing at Cleveland Clinic. We felt very safe. I had been a little nervous about parking on the street, but it was totally fine. We were able to park right in front of the rental with no issues for all of our 4 night stay. The stay here was well worth the 17 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic rather than a closer place in the city. I will book this place again on my next trip here.

Great location, Beautiful apt

The apartment was a great location, beautifully kept, clean and in amazing neighborhood. Parking on the street was easy. Getting around was super convenient whether to local bar or to the city. We loved being near the Christmas Story house!

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was clean, and check-in relating to getting the codes was easy. There is no flexibility with check-ins which would have been nice since we arrived 15 minutes early and wanted to drop our stuff off and use the restroom before leaving for an important event at the check-in time and wasn’t told to go ahead and go in when she knew we were there. First time with Verbo so I really didn’t want to get charged for an extra day by going in a bit early and maybe I should have flat out asked and it would have been fine. Parking was a concern since you have to park on the street and as our luck would have it, the Cleveland Marathon was going through and ours and surrounding streets would be closed from 2am to 2 pm. The host kept in touch over the course of the evening and helped us figure out a place to park not too far away and so we could get out in time for a morning graduation ceremony downtown, so that was much appreciated, but also information that should have been known beforehand by the host. It caused us much concern over the evening and only worked out because my elderly father could not make at the last minute and so we didn’t have the anxiety of making sure he could get to the car and also be able to leave so early to avoid problems with the race. We were only in the house overnight, 8:30pm-7 am, so don’t have much information other than clean rooms, towels available and a comfortable bed.

Quiet Neighborhood with easy access

First time in Cleveland. The location was perfect! Easy access to the city when we chose to drive. Quick turn time and economic when we chose to get a Lyft. The apartment was clean and spacious. All of the amenities were there, although we were mostly only there in the evenings. We would totally recommend this space to our friends, and if we return to Cleveland in the future we hope that we will be able to reserve this home. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway.

A Christmas Story House neighborhood

Wonderful! Stream the movie and see your neighborhood then tour. Don’t forget the cool gift shop and enjoy a cold drink at the Rowley Inn. Darren McGavin went there after shooting was done everyday.
