Beautiful apartment, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was great you can walk to a few restaurants by the water. The beach was 5 min by car or a 15 min walk. It’s also very convenient to get to other areas like Delray center or downtown West Palm.

Nicely decorated but no TV in the bedroom Main problems were dirty floors and noise from next door construction of a high rise that caused us to leave early. We so advised the owners and hopefully changes will be made.

They are building 2 Condo's directly across from the terrace. The noise starts at6-6:30am everyday except for sunday. Forget sleeping late.The shower takes 6-8minutes for the hot water. The water pressure in the shower is very poor.

Yes, unfortunately construction is underway across the street from the property with a new neighborhood development, but we have adjusted our rates to reflect this issue…. (This guest received a very fair credit once the disruption was apparent). The slow hot water has not been a reported issue for guests in the past….but that is simply a matter of the unit’s distance to the building’s boiler. We do apologize that your stay disappointed you:(.

The unit was very clean and property was clean. Our stay was good except for a few issues. Parking was a bit difficult as far a getting in and out of the space. Location of the unit(building) was excellent. The host was very responsive to our messages. We would rent again at that llocation.

Anniversary Trip

This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was great with restaurants and shopping close by. Check in was easy. There were a couple of hiccups during the first part of the week but the owners were available right away to take care of it and were in constant contact with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate Condo By The Beach

GORGEOUS condo in a great location. The hosts respond immediately. Checkin process is smooth and easy. Checkout even easier. The condo is clean and absolutely immaculate. The hosts are friendly and very nice people. You will not need them for much because they ensure that everything you need is already available to you. Excellent stay and will return!

The unit was clean and well decorated, but it took a very long time to bring up hot water. It took about 4-5 minutes before the water came in hot. You waste a lot of precious water. The balcony was attractive and comfortable. The pools were a good size with a very nice sitting area. The washer, dryer was a plus.

We had a wonderful time here , Kelli & Mike were super helpful and the condo had so many extras such as Beach towels, Beach Umbrella & mini speaker all the creature comfort’s of home and greatly appreciated. Absolutely beautiful place!

First of all Mike and Kelly are wonderful hosts! They are super professional, answer promptly and very nice. The property was exactly as pictured but even more beautiful in person. The cleanliness was top notch! Also it's in a prime location for lots of activities and very close to the beach. Will rent again!

Relaxing in Boynton Beach

We rented the condo for a week while visiting Florida for a wedding. The condo was exactly as described. It is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. It is in a large condo building on the intercoastal. We walked to eat at the Banana Boat which was on the water and very pleasant. The pool and workout room were not crowded. We walked to the beach over the bridge. There is a complete kitchen but the frying pans need upgrading. I would recommend it for someone who is going to Boynton Beach.

the condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. the balcony was huge, but so you know, it faces boynton beach blvd and US1, both busy roads, but not bad. the garage was ok, it gets cumbersome when you have groceries etc. the location of the condo is prime. you can walk 10 minutes to the marina to fish, jetski, parasail or go to 2 georges or banana boat restaurant, both good for food and great views. the beach is walkable too, it's also a 12 minute drive to the fun in downtown delray. the pool is great, theres 2, but one was being renovated so it was closed (may 2022), but the other one was open and never busy or crowded. the jacuzzi was the same, closed for renovations. i did use the sauna which was awesome and a nice amenity. overall, had a great time, the condo is clean, and you can't beat the location.

Great Location and Amenities

Ideal location! Walking distance to the Boynton Harbor Marina for easy access to fishing, scuba diving, jet-ski rentals, etc. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I very much enjoyed my time there.

Lovely, serene well-equipped unit - great value

The unit itself is serene, beautifully furnished and appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with essentials for kitchen & bath. Big screen TV, perfect Wifi, nice patio, good mattress, and good lighting. There's not a lot of kitchen storage so no large pot or pan but, to cook for 1-2 people, it's fine. The bathroom is oddly far from the bedroom, but there are nightlights to guide you. The building and its garage are enormous, a bit out of scale for the area, but conveniently located, well maintained, secure, and there's a nice pool area,. Beach is a short drive, walkable if you're not carrying too much. The drawbacks: the vast building/garage is not in a scenic location - this unit's patio overlooks a Chevron Station on Federal Highway. But it wasn't too noisy, and I wasn't vacationing, so for my utilitarian purposes this was a perfect place to stay--and a great value for the price.
