Profitez de la belle Casa Costa et de cette nouvelle suite de condos à une chambre à Boynton Beach! Le condo fait face au sud et a une vue de grand-voisinage et le soleil toute la journée depuis le balcon double .... qui s'étend sur l'ensemble du condo - portes de la salle de séjour et de la chambre! Le condo comprend une cuisine complète et une laveuse-sécheuse pour votre commodité, ainsi qu'un Smart de 55 pouces, une télévision 4K, et une salle de bain spacieuse avec une baignoire. Casa Costa propose deux piscines étincelantes sur le palier du 5ème étage, donnant sur la réserve naturelle et le lagon, avec un décor de l'océan Atlantique. Le complexe comprend également un centre de fitness, des saunas, un garage, trois ascenseurs et une réception ouverte 24h / 24. Votre location comprend également des chaises longues et des parasols gratuits à Boynton Beach, qui se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied - juste en face de l'Intracoastal.

De nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied, notamment le Two George's et le Banana Boat, sur la voie navigable Intracoastal. Casa Costa propose également deux restaurants sur le niveau du sol de la propriété! La propriété est à cinq minutes en voiture de Delray Beach au sud et à environ 10 minutes en voiture de West Palm Beach au nord.

Anniversary Trip

This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was great with restaurants and shopping close by. Check in was easy. There were a couple of hiccups during the first part of the week but the owners were available right away to take care of it and were in constant contact with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautful place to stay in Boynton Beach

Very clean and modern condo. Mike the owner was very responsive to work with. Only a block away from what ended up being our go-to seafood restaurant Hurricane Alley. We did use the pass for free beach chairs with umbrella at the local beach. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Immaculate Condo By The Beach

GORGEOUS condo in a great location. The hosts respond immediately. Checkin process is smooth and easy. Checkout even easier. The condo is clean and absolutely immaculate. The hosts are friendly and very nice people. You will not need them for much because they ensure that everything you need is already available to you. Excellent stay and will return!

The unit was clean and well decorated, but it took a very long time to bring up hot water. It took about 4-5 minutes before the water came in hot. You waste a lot of precious water. The balcony was attractive and comfortable. The pools were a good size with a very nice sitting area. The washer, dryer was a plus.

We had a wonderful time here , Kelli & Mike were super helpful and the condo had so many extras such as Beach towels, Beach Umbrella & mini speaker all the creature comfort’s of home and greatly appreciated. Absolutely beautiful place!

First of all Mike and Kelly are wonderful hosts! They are super professional, answer promptly and very nice. The property was exactly as pictured but even more beautiful in person. The cleanliness was top notch! Also it's in a prime location for lots of activities and very close to the beach. Will rent again!

Relaxing in Boynton Beach

We rented the condo for a week while visiting Florida for a wedding. The condo was exactly as described. It is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. It is in a large condo building on the intercoastal. We walked to eat at the Banana Boat which was on the water and very pleasant. The pool and workout room were not crowded. We walked to the beach over the bridge. There is a complete kitchen but the frying pans need upgrading. I would recommend it for someone who is going to Boynton Beach.

the condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. the balcony was huge, but so you know, it faces boynton beach blvd and US1, both busy roads, but not bad. the garage was ok, it gets cumbersome when you have groceries etc. the location of the condo is prime. you can walk 10 minutes to the marina to fish, jetski, parasail or go to 2 georges or banana boat restaurant, both good for food and great views. the beach is walkable too, it's also a 12 minute drive to the fun in downtown delray. the pool is great, theres 2, but one was being renovated so it was closed (may 2022), but the other one was open and never busy or crowded. the jacuzzi was the same, closed for renovations. i did use the sauna which was awesome and a nice amenity. overall, had a great time, the condo is clean, and you can't beat the location.

Great Location and Amenities

Ideal location! Walking distance to the Boynton Harbor Marina for easy access to fishing, scuba diving, jet-ski rentals, etc. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I very much enjoyed my time there.

Lovely, serene well-equipped unit - great value

The unit itself is serene, beautifully furnished and appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with essentials for kitchen & bath. Big screen TV, perfect Wifi, nice patio, good mattress, and good lighting. There's not a lot of kitchen storage so no large pot or pan but, to cook for 1-2 people, it's fine. The bathroom is oddly far from the bedroom, but there are nightlights to guide you. The building and its garage are enormous, a bit out of scale for the area, but conveniently located, well maintained, secure, and there's a nice pool area,. Beach is a short drive, walkable if you're not carrying too much. The drawbacks: the vast building/garage is not in a scenic location - this unit's patio overlooks a Chevron Station on Federal Highway. But it wasn't too noisy, and I wasn't vacationing, so for my utilitarian purposes this was a perfect place to stay--and a great value for the price.

Lovely Place, Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first vrbo experience, and we couldn't have been happier! The apartment was absolutely sparkling when we arrived, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in it. It is just shy of a mile to the beach, and totally walk-able, (we went every day we were there). Everything one could possibly want or need was thought of, and there was nothing extra we had to buy. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely look to return to it in the future.

Great Security, Location and Condo

Had a wonderful stay . Spent a month. The location is a plus. The bed was so comfortable, the condo neat and roomy with great amenities. The balcony was large. The security of the bldg. was great. Stay at Casa Costa
