Close to a lot of things downtown. Everything was clean and we felt safe. Would stay here again if we went back to Indy. Only downside was parking was across a busy street, but that’s going to be the case for a lot of downtown properties. Overall, would recommend staying here

The apartment was beautiful and within walking distance to the convention center which was nice. There was a ton of food options within walking distance as well. The only complaints I have are 1. The shower- if you have so many people not able to work the shower handle that you have to specifically list how to use it in your description, you should probably spend the 50 to change the handle. It was very stressful thinking we had no shower water and having to contact customer service at 11pm2. There is a beautiful walk in closet and zero hangers. What is the purpose of a closet without hangers? People do not travel with hangers. Every VRBO I’ve stayed at has had tons of hangers in the closets for people to be able to unpack. 3. This unit sleeps 4 people and we had only three towels. Even if 4 towels were there, that’s not enough. You should have enough towels for a family to be able to shower and not have to wash towels 3x while there. 4. There was not nearly enough silverware for a unit that sleeps 4 people. We literally had like 5 forks. Most people when vacationing don’t want to or don’t have time to wash dishes every single day. We ran out of silverware on the morning of day two. Stock enough silverware for people to be able to use them, load in dishwasher for a few days and still have some left over so they can run the dishwasher at their convenience not daily. Again, every other VRBO I’ve stayed in with my family has had enough silverware for the full trip
