First time in Austin

It was a very nice stay! The check in/out process was very easy, Jan was very helpful in getting us ready for our trip. The place was very clean and neat. Location was fantastic, right near W6th street, having easy access to some local bars and restaurants. Very satisfied with our stay!

Great place and great location, too bad for lack of parking and no view!

Central location and easy to access all that Austin has to offer. Clean, spacious and well-stocked unit in a modern building with all the necessary amenities. I would have rated 5 stars if it had better parking, not cost $30/night and if the unit was on higher floors with a better view (any view). Being on the lower floors was noisy at times.

Perfect Spot in Austin

This condo was perfect for a few day getaway in Austin. We didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere. The condo was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, and they even had a speaker to hook up our music. Upon check in they wanted us to go to a Time-Share presentation, but quickly backed off when we said we weren't interested. The pool was a great place to cool off in the afternoon, we took advantage of it several times. We will be back!

Nice place - Bathroom cleanliness needs a little help

My wife and I took our first long weekend together in almost a year and decided to try Austin since we had never stayed there before. Almost everything was as we expected and the size of the unit was a perfect size for us. We've also never used vrbo as a way to get away. The biggest downside was that the shower was dirty when we arrived. We called TWICE to the front desk to have someone come and clean it while we were out of the room and no one ever came. And then we had to use it obviously, which was a little disgusting, and hopefully I think we can all agree that coming into a room that you're spending a lot of money on and then having the shower be dirty when you show up is not a good look. It looked like it hadn't been touched. Please let me know if you need more clarification here, and thank you for letting us use your unit while we were in town.

Property manager was very nice and quick to respond. The resort itself was beautiful and in a great location. Most things were walking distance and the resort had great amenities. However, the check out process was a shock to me. I was unaware that parking was not included in the price, and was surprised at how much it was. The front desk failed to tell us during check in that they would be charging us daily, since they do not own the parking garage and it’s owned by the city of Austin. Other than that, it was a fun stay. The custodians working the resort were beyond friendly and helpful. It has a great view of the city, and even games downstairs for anyone to play.

In the Heart of Austin

The property was great and right in the middle of all the action in Austin. We enjoyed having access to the roof top pool- definitely a plus when 90 degrees. Easy walking and driving to events. The facility was modern, and had everything you could need! The conceirge were very helpful.

Great place to spend a few days in Austin

Very nice property with very nice and courteous people on hand to help with anything. Understandably the fitness center was closed and pool hours limited however that is outside anyone's control given the current pandemic. However, the room was closer to a very nice and modern apartment. The kitchen was huge and with everything you would need to feed a family or have a nice quiet dinner. My son slept on the fold-out couch which he said was incredibly comfortable. Unusually thicker mattress than the standard on most fold-outs. We stayed in the main room which was equally comfortable. Bathroom was large, very clean, and also impressive. Jan the property manager was incredibly nice and professional. She was easily accessible by email and very quick to respond when we had questions. We liked it so much we added an additional night. Looking forward to our next trip to Austin!
