Ce condo familial avec vue sur l'océan est à un pùté de maisons de la magnifique et spacieuse plage de Wildwood Crest. Situé dans le complexe de condos Monarch trÚs souhaitable. Le complexe dispose de deux piscines chauffées spacieuses, de deux jacuzzis et de deux piscines pour enfants. De plus, il y a un grand espace barbecue avec 4 barbecues à gaz et des tables pour manger à l'extérieur. Le condo a d'excellents équipements - cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, lecteur Blu Ray, téléviseurs et lecteurs DVD dans chaque chambre, WiFi gratuit et bibliothÚque de films DVD.

Il y a tellement de choses à faire, y compris de nombreuses activités gratuites tout au long de la saison dans la région des bois sauvages. Les activités comprennent des concerts, des feux d'artifice, des films sur la plage, des défilés, etc. Le condo est situé dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements. Ce n'est qu'à un pùté de maisons du début de la célÚbre promenade en bois sauvage, à un pùté de maisons et demi de la plage, à distance de marche de merveilleuses boulangeries et de fabuleux restaurants. C'est un pùté de maisons de la crest bike bath et à quelques pùtés de maisons d'une aire de jeux et des terrains de basket.

Pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable, le condo a de nombreux extras pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous et évitez le stress de l'emballage. La cuisine est approvisionnée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Le condo a tous les téléviseurs à écran plat, y compris un écran plat de 51 pouces dans le salon. Aussi pour votre confort, le placard de rangement est à votre disposition pour ranger vos objets extérieurs. Vous aurez également l'utilisation de deux vélos, des jouets pour enfants, un parasol et quatre chaises de plage.

This condo was beautiful. I consider myself high maintenance but with a low budget and this condo was perfect. Nice size, great location and CLEAN (which is so important to me). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was excellent! The walk to the beach was doable with two 3-year-olds
.which is no easy task. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The condo was just what we needed and Beth was so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!!! We will definitely look at staying here again!

Great stay!

Bigger than we thought! This property was spacious and very clean. We went with our 2 year old and another family and the bedroom set-up worked great because 2 bedrooms were on one end and the other was on the other end so it worked out since the other family had an infant. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice, especially because it was a little chilly. We enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk and short drive to Cape May. We would definitely come back!

Great location and amenities

We stayed here with my daughter, son in law, and 4 year old and 1 year old grandchildren. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was just the right amount of space. Loved that it was just 2 blocks from the beach and start of the boardwalk and that there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Especially loved the fact that there was a pool, including a baby pool. Appreciated the fact that the owner provided a beach cart and 2 beach chairs and although we didn't use them, 2 bikes as well. There is also covered parking for 2 cars. The owner was just a text message away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Home Away from Home

Great Condo in a nice location! Not far from the start of the boardwalk (south side) but also in nice walking distance to the beach. Its also a nice place for the handicapped or people with walking challenges. Guaranteed tram car at the start of the boardwalk and the condo has an elevator to go up and down. Its also nice to have 2 parking spots available for the guests. Great communication with Beth and we had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Vacation

The location of this rental is ideal for our family. It's close to the beach and boardwalk but the neighborhood is still quiet. Restaurants are within walking distance too. The condo has all the amenities we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The condo could use a deep clean. The walls and baseboards and windows were dirty but the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Overall we were very happy and booked again for next year.

Location is great

We had a great stay at this wildwood property. For us, the location was ideal!!! The beach was a short walk with littles. The pool was nice but the hot tub was the family favorite. We enjoyed making memories at this location!

Condo was pristine

Everything was communicated prior to my arrival. Check in with given codes was easy. Condo was clean upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were used daily and cleaned nicely. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed ... short drive or walk away. Beach was a block and a half to walk to and nice way to start day with ocean breeze and sounds to relax you from daily work routines.

Love Those Wildwood Days

Great location. When we were considering places to stay, half of our group wanted to be on the boardwalk and half wanted to be on the far side of the Crest, so this was the best of both worlds. The open floor plan gave us ample room to spread out and was conducive to keeping an eye on our toddler. We did a lot of cooking during our stay, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer within reach. The only downside for us was the lack of cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms and dining area. The owner was apologetic when we brought this to her attention, and said that she would address with the cleaning crew. While we were able to fix the issue ourselves, at this price point we were expecting a more thorough job - or at the very least, to not have dirty rags and rugs left out. (Because let’s be real: cleaning is not the ideal way to start a vacation.) The above aside, this unit is a solid choice for anyone looking for a centrally located property with quality amenities and room to spare.

Great place, great owner

Our check in had to be pushed later in the day because the cleaning was not done on time but the owner was great in communicating and refunded us one night because of inconvenience. Property was great and location couldn't be better. Owner is great communicator. Definitely recommend!

My dream was always to own a place down the shore. When I started vacationing in Wildwood Crest, I knew this was the location where I eventually wanted to own a condo. My dream came true and I couldn't be happier with the area, the condo, and the complex. I sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean and it's the best feeling in the world.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with the complex the minute I saw it. I rented in Wildwood Crest for a few summers. I loved the weeks I spent there and the place I rented, but the Monarch complex really is above and beyond. Most other complexes do not have the amenities the Monarch has. The complex is new, clean, and has an amazing pool and BBQ area. It's unlike any other on the Island.
