Une super cabine sur la côte ouest de Tahoe avec des droits de plage privée. Contre la forêt

La cabine est sur la célèbre rive ouest du lac Tahoe dans la région de Sunnyside et contre le Kent Nat. forêt. La cabine donne sur la forêt et est très privée car il n'y a pas de maisons à l'arrière, seulement la forêt .. La route en face a un trafic très léger et tout le quartier est très paisible. Le stationnement pour 4 à 5 voitures et le déneigement complet se font automatiquement en hiver. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à notre plage privée qui a des bancs, des tables de pique-nique, des queues de bar, un terrain de jeu, des fers à cheval, du basket-ball et du volley-ball sur le lac Tahoe. Vous pouvez également marcher jusqu'au célèbre Sunnyside Resort
 
Il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain en bas et chacune a un lit queen size. Il y a un foyer dans le salon / salle familiale et le bois est fourni. A l'étage il y a une salle de bain et deux chambres. Une chambre a un lit double. L'autre chambre a un lit double et deux lits simples. La cabine peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et tout le reste qui compose une cuisine moderne. La moitié de mon entreprise de location provient d'anciens locataires.

This is our second time staying here and it is our favorite place to stay while in Tahoe! It’s about 15min from Palisades. Great location for a ski trip with a big group!

We had a great long weekend with friends and family. The cabin has plenty of room and everything you need for the perfect get away. The deck is perfect for relaxing and visiting. The cabin is close to shopping and dining. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

This cabin was great! My friends all agreed we’d return the next time we’re in Tahoe. Excellent location to stay at if you’re headed to Palisades and Alpine Meadows. It’s only about a 15-20min drive.

Wonderful place. We would love to stay again sometime. The location is ideal. We loved the fireplace with the huge stock of split wood. The cabin is comfortable and felt a bit like stepping back into the past—in a good way.

A marvelous cabin for a family break at Tahoe

The cabin was exactly what we wanted - an affordable, spacious and friendly cabin, well located, clean, supplied with everything we needed for our 5 night stay , among the snow and pines while our adult son went snowboarding at nearby Pallisades to celebrate his fortieth! The owner messaged us on our arrival to make sure everything was OK (which it was).

Great time had by all

This is a great place to stay, the private beach area is amazing and in walking distance! Having to bring your own sheets and towels was no big deal, kind of liked that I knew they had been washed and cleaned. The place was mostly clean, however we found some dishes were dirty in the cupboards, but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and peaceful

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, had great cabin vibes and very peaceful. It accommodated our family great with the kids being able to all stay together in the large room upstairs. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We travel to Tahoe 2x year and are happy to have found this cabin to return to. It checks all the boxes!

Beautiful, well stocked cabin

Had a week long stay during heavy snowfall. The driveway was cleared in the morning and a shovel was available for snow around cars. The cabin was warm and comfortable even with the weather outside. Relaxing place to spend time at Tahoe.

Awesome experience!

Chucks house is beautiful and is in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood located close to major ski areas. We leverage quick access to the backside of alpine meadows. Lots of space in the house and lots of snow!

Hi Robert, I just read your comments about my cabin and the location. They were very nice and many people have made similar statements just like yours. I am very happy that you enjoyed your time and the cabin as well. Please come back again next year or sooner. One great part of renting my cabin in the summer is our associations 700' of private beach that you have full access to at no charge. Since you visited Tahoe his winter you may not have gone down to the beach. This is just for your information. Have a great year, Chuck (owner).

Lovely Family Vacation!

Chuck is awesome and his cabin is lovely! Plenty of room for my family! It really was the perfect place for our family vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was my second stay in Chuck’s home. Wonderful new upgrades. When I go outside on the deck I feel so relaxed and contented. My communication with Chuck has been so positive. I will be returning, hopefully, many more times.

Very nice and convenient located cabin

Communication with Chuck was great. Cabin was conveniently located near town and a couple of great restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach immensely. We did need to buy a new propane tank for the bbq because the two that were provided were either empty or didn't work. Also, be sure to take all of your belongings. I'm still waiting to receive an item we left behind even though I've offered to pay for any shipping costs. Not Chuck's fault we left the item behind but would appreciate getting it back. Overall, the cabin is great especially for large families.

Wonderful giant deck, comfy beds & funky/old Tahoe atmosphere

We have used this cabin several times because of its gigantic deck, its access to the private homeowners' beach, and its usefulness for large family gatherings. This is a great "old Tahoe" ski cabin with the bonus of a wonderful deck for summer users. There is comfortable seating in the living room and a large dining table with a colorful vinyl tablecloth. It has comfortable beds for plenty of people, small bathrooms and a "two butt" kitchen that nonetheless has the plates/cutlery/glasses and kitchen tools to easily feed 15 people. Be sure to look for the full sized John Wayne poster in the main bedroom! A fan helps with upstairs air stagnation. If you are looking for utility and an authentic old Tahoeatmosphere, this is your place! PS the owner is very helpful.

Older, cute, charming cabin close to it all

Chuck’s cabin is older but that charm is oh so cute! Everybody had a great stay (adults and teens). The cabin is super close to a market, fire sign cafe, and the beach. Speaking of the beach, that private HOA location was beautiful. The signs in the cabin are a many, but if you take the time to read them all, it’s very helpful. My boyfriend arrived before me and did not read any of it. Then when I arrived next day, I read it all and finally set him up with wifi haha. It is also literally right behind a campground. Which could be fun or annoying depending on who you are. We found it fun, listening to the people nearby. Easy to drown them out at night with a fan or ear plugs. Would stay here again.

Cozy Cabin in Winter Wonderland

Family gathering, including 3yr old granddaughter, for a magical winter 3-day holiday. Cabin was clean and comfortable with well-equipped kitchen and large fireplace, wood included. We hope to return again!

I have owned this super cabin since 1981 and am only the second owner. I love to ski at the ski areas around Lake Tahoe and so do my children. I graduated from So. Ill. University and moved to California after getting out of the army. I currently live in San Ramon, CA. I have always loved this cabin and rented it many times from Jim & Alice. When they told me they wanted to sell the cabin I drove to the bank as fast as I could and applied for a loan to purchase the property

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property has the best deck on the West Shore. The deck is in back of the cabin and up against the Nat. Forest which makes it very private. Many of my renters have written me telling me that they thought they 'were in heaven' during their stay. And they all loved the large sunny deck. About half of my rentals come from previous customers.

I keep the cabin in perfect condition and have made many improvements over the years. You will love vacationing here either in the winter, summer or fall OR spring.

The cabin is within walking distance of the famous Lake Tahoe and our association has a private beach (7000 FT. wide.) right on the Lake Tahoe with a nice beach and grass area. All the amenities have been mentioned above.
