The overall accommodation was just lovely. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view of Lake Tahoe was amazing. We stayed out on the deck most of the time for the view and the peace. We will definitely go back when we get the chance. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was going well.

Excellent property in every respect. Stay was fabulous. Only complaint was the delay in advising if our request for early or late check in & out was approved - it wasn’t.

Great view of lake and mountains from deck and living area. Plenty of room for freinds or family to vacation together and still have some privacy. So much to see around the lake within a 30 minute drive. Nice to have the option to park in the garage.

Host was great. House was great except for the fireplace that was having issues. They did all could tonfix but unfortunately we couldnt have a fire. Beautiful home with an amzing view.

Great communication with the Host before, during and after our stay. House is amazing with a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe. Sunrises are absolutely gorgeous from the deck or even the living room with the large windows. The kitchen setup is great and made it easy to cook meals for 8 people. I would definitely recommend this place and come stay again.

The property was nice and the location was good for our purposes. The view is beautiful and very relaxing. We had some plumbing problems, which I notified management towards the end of our trip. The first issue was the hallway bathroom sink only had hot/warm water. Even when turning to the cold position, it dispensed warm or hot water. I didn't bring this to management's attention until the second to the last day of our trip, as I really didn't want to have to deal with someone coming to the property for this reason only, so we just dealt with it. The reason I contacted management was the bathroom sink (pedestal), next to the kitchen/laundry room, was leaking from behind/underneath and created a puddle on the floor. I notified management that evening (Saturday) and they sent someone out the next morning to diagnose both of the issues. I was told someone would follow up with me to let me know if someone was going to repair or replace the pedestal sink, but I never heard back from anyone. We were going to check out on Monday, but it would have been nice to hear back from someone to let me know whether the issue was going to get fixed or not and to apologize for the inconvenience. I spent some time diagnosing the problem and contacting them, so the property wouldn't end up with more damage. I ended up wrapping a towel around the bottom of the sink to absorb the water, so we wouldn't be stepping in a puddle. Overall the home is very nice.
